Look You can?t go wrong with sleek, black and stylish (unless you?re in a Monty Python movie), and the Fujitsu Siemens AMILO L 3220t (why can?t things like this just be called Fred or something?) pulls this look off really well. It fits with almost any computer hardware set. It is of a reasonable size and is not too bulky (4 kg) but doesn?t have you squinting to see the screen (22 in). Function It provides a smooth, clear visual output and was very easy to set up, the integrated speakers provided a reasonable volume and clear sound, it does everything you would expect of a monitor well, but unfortunately all my efforts to teach it dog tricks have failed miserably. ...I bought an M7400 in Dubai and has been around the world with me many times since. It is without the best laptop I have ever owned. It has been dropped, kicked, sat on, but due it has survived all of it. Any other laptop would have given up long ago. ...I have had my Fujitsu AMILO Mini Ui 3520 six months and it's been worth every penny so far. I paid £230. I feel lucky that i came across this netbook while searching for something to compare with the higher priced HP netbooks. Its got everything you need and more. I was pleased to get the windows operating system, which meant i had no compatability issues with my braodband dongle. The battery size is great, fully charged, I get 4 hours constant use. The webcam is a bonus. Mouse buttons are nicely located and sized. Speakers are just right. Styling is upto date, I like the white, even though it comes with a second marroon lid cover, I just need the white porsche 911 to go with it. Memory card slot is perfect. ...Over all, this is a nice laptop. Slim and sharp design by Fujitsu Siemens Amilo makes it much thinner than it actually is. Intel Pentium M 1.7Ghz, Front Side Bus 400 Mhz seems not to be very powerful but it is not slow at all. Games like Counter Strike or Warcraft will have no problem. I've tried running Counter Strike at 1024x748 and the result was awsome, 99 frames per second. However, the mainboard and Bios are quite old. Intel 82855 doesn't support extending memory bandwidth for its Intel Extreme 2 Graphic Card like others do. 512 Mb PC2100 Ram doesn't seem to fit with the processor as its speed only at 266 Mhz. Replacing a new pair of Ram at 333 Mhz or 400 Mhz will give this laptop much more ability in multitasking and more chance to avoid crash. ...i bought this laptop as a replacement for my everyday desktop pc. overall i like the laptop but it has alot of downsides. for the price i would expect a slightly faster processor, but the celeron M that comes with it dose the job fine aslong as u dont open to many programs at any one time, this laptop comes with 512MB of Ram memory. this is ok for a laptop of this price. also it come loaded with windows XP home edition. for value for money this is a generally good piece of equipment but for gamers and very heavy pc users a would save up and get a slighly more upgraded model with maybee a duel core prossesor. the V2055 come complete with restore and a drivers disk which was a great help to me. another up point about this laptop is it comes with built in wirless, wich is great for surfing the internet anywhere around...
