...i bought this laptop as a replacement for my everyday desktop pc. overall i like the laptop but it has alot of downsides. for the price i would expect a slightly faster processor, but the celeron M that comes with it dose the job fine aslong as u dont open to many programs at any one time, this laptop comes with 512MB of Ram memory. this is ok for a laptop of this price. also it come loaded with windows XP home edition. for value for money this is a generally good piece of equipment but for gamers and very heavy pc users a would save up and get a slighly more upgraded model with maybee a duel core prossesor. the V2055 come complete with restore and a drivers disk which was a great help to me. another up point about this laptop is it comes with built in wirless, wich is great for surfing the internet anywhere around...

...This is yet another great laptop made by fujitsu siemens. Its basically great for having around the house, and mainly for keeping on a desk most of the time. In fact id describe this as a replacement desktop, it will run just as fast as one and is so much smaller so why not get one instead of a huge desktop pc. This particular ones the Fujitsu Siemens AMILO Pro V3505 Edition, which is another spin off of the designs of the amilo’s. however this one does look a lot different to all the other amilos out there and is one of my favourite designs Fujitsu have done. Its combination of the colours black and silver/grey make this laptop look a lot more stylish and cooler than if it was all in just one colour. My favourite feature of this use of colour is how the grey keyboard stands out around the black bottom of the laptop...

A strong but inexpensive contender

Advantages: Slim, light, easy to use and generally good looking
Disadvantages: Its not wide screen but who can complain for around £500

...I had been looking for a new laptop to ask for for my birthday in July since the beginning of 2005 and I found one, it was an Acer for £700, however, when my Dad went to order it there was none in stock so I had to very quickly find another one, the Fujitsu Siemens AMILO pro V2010. It wasn't the one I wanted so as soon as it came I was comparing the Siemens very harshly to the, much more expensive, Acer, I had expected to be extremely disappointed, but I wasn't. Believe you me I tried to dislike it but I just couldn't because it is a really nice piece of kit. Its got a mobile processor which I felt was really important as this doesn't attack the mobile battery like a normal desktop processor and so when the manufacturers say it's got three hour battery life it really does last that long. Look You can?t go wrong with sleek, black and stylish (unless you?re in a Monty Python movie), and the Fujitsu Siemens AMILO L 3220t (why can?t things like this just be called Fred or something?) pulls this look off really well. It fits with almost any computer hardware set. It is of a reasonable size and is not too bulky (4 kg) but doesn?t have you squinting to see the screen (22 in). Function It provides a smooth, clear visual output and was very easy to set up, the integrated speakers provided a reasonable volume and clear sound, it does everything you would expect of a monitor well, but unfortunately all my efforts to teach it dog tricks have failed miserably. The laptop is safely secured and fastened down by some tight plastic sheeting. On the outside of the sheeting you have the power connector and you have underneath the laptop plenty of manuals. The manuals are guides on how to use the laptop and also information about registering your laptop online. Fujitsu AMILO Mini Ui 3520 Is excellent value for money

...I have had my Fujitsu AMILO Mini Ui 3520 six months and it's been worth every penny so far. I paid £230. I feel lucky that i came across this netbook while searching for something to compare with the higher priced HP netbooks. Its got everything you need and more. I was pleased to get the windows operating system, which meant i had no compatability issues with my braodband dongle. The battery size is great, fully charged, I get 4 hours constant use. The webcam is a bonus. Mouse buttons are nicely located and sized. Speakers are just right. Styling is upto date, I like the white, even though it comes with a second marroon lid cover, I just need the white porsche 911 to go with it. Memory card slot is perfect.
