GREAT Fujitsu Siemens LifeBook C1110
Advantages: cheap, easy to use ,all your internet need, good dvd rom/cd-rw
Disadvantages: quite slow on start up
...Ive had this laptop now for about a year and i havent had anything wrong with it but to be honest it isnt the best laptop in the world as it is abit slow when loading up and it could do with a bigger hard drive as it only has a 20gb. but if you only want a laptop to go the internet ,read your e-mails and to watch and burn dvds i would highly recommend it to anyone and as it is a bit old you can get one for around £149.99 which is realy cheap for a laptop which to be honest isnt that bad! and im sure if you have a look on ebay you could get one fo around £70 which would be a bargin! so if you are looking for a laptop which is cheap and does all the your internet , email and media needs you need to get yourself a Fujitsu Siemens LifeBook C1110....

Fujitsu lifebook E series
Advantages: quick nice design
Disadvantages: keyboard
...The Fujitsu Siemens Lifebook notebook is a nice looking and fast computer. The screen of this notebook is very large and is controlled by the special function keys. You have the possibility to use 2 pcmcia cards to use scsi equipment or to use a modem. The last notebook I had was a Siemens, but that was a less user friendly machine.
The E-series notebook can be equipped with a 4, 6 or 9 GB harddisk. One of the disadvatages of the lifebook is it's keyboard. The keys are not allways very logically situated. The insert and delete keys are for instance situated at the top of the keyboard. So correcting wronly typed words causes you to move your right hand out of the type area. Especially for quick-typing users this is time consuming....

The lifebook S7210 CAM
Advantages: very portable
Disadvantages: quite expensive
...Fujitsu siemens have always been a bit of an underdog in the laptop market, there laptops are thought to be not as good quality of some other leading brands, and people tend to think that there cheap prices reflect the quality. This just isn’t the case at all.
Although they do make some really cheap basic laptops, they are now starting to branch out into the more professional laptop market, making portable and fast business laptops as well.
The laptop is a combination of three main colours which makes it look a lot more modern than some of its predecessors and gives it a cool edge over its rivals.
A business mans laptop that looks cool instead of boring seemed to be something acers travel mates just weren’t designed to be and I don’t think acer could ever figure out how to get this balance, fujitsu however have...

A Lifebook to make Life Easier
Advantages: Really small and easy to transport
Disadvantages: Gets a little hot plus finding a smaller enough case not easy!
...My husband bought this laptop to replace our large and ageing Toshiba laptop - without telling me I might add, but I am so pleased with it that I forgive him easily! For the technically minded (which I am not very) the following are the specs:
Fujitsu Siemens Lifebook T4120
Intel T2400 @ 1.83Ghz Core Duo
512mb Memory
12.1" LCD Display
CD/DVD Re-writer
Running Windows XP Pro Tablet PC Version
The main selling point for us (OK well for him) was the compact size and relatively light weight. The machine is fast and silent but does get rather hot if used for long periods - which means I need to get a lap tray for my husband's knees! Battery life (in the real world) is an acceptable 2 hours or so.
Now - what makes this laptop different from others on the market is that the screen rotates and folds down over the keyboard...

Fujitsu T4215
Advantages: Reliable, good for work
Disadvantages: Cannot play high end games
...As always, a computer is supposed to be chosen by its owner to cater to his or her needs. In this case, the Fujitsu Tablet T4215 is catered towards work and is incapable of playing high end games. It has the tablet function, useful for taking notes (i use this a lot, mostly to doodle :D) and the keyboard at a favourable layout, meaning that all the keys are within reach and easy to press, you do not have to over stretch. The screen is smaller than laptops of other models or brands, but it is sufficient if all you are going to do is write reports and surf the net.
However, I find that the tablet screen scratches easily after you use the tablet pen on it for a while, so it is best to buy a screen protector. Other than that (and the fact that after a while it gains a lot of scratches, probably my fault), it is a good notebook...

a truely portable laptop
Advantages: portability
Disadvantages: price tag
...I honestly cant pick any faults with this laptop at all, well except from the extremely high price tag, but if you’ve got the money to spend then what a machine to spend it on.
This Fujitsu Siemens LifeBook S6410 is a quite new type of laptop from the fujitsu siemens brand. These new laptops are called lifebook, and are especially designed for portability and super quick running speeds.
The design of this laptop is fantastic, its combination of three main colours makes it look a lot more modern than some of its predecessors and gives it a cool edge over its rivals.
A business mans laptop that looks cool instead of boring seemed to be something acers travel mates just weren’t designed to be and I don’t think acer could ever figure out how to get this balance, fujitsu however have, and it really shows.

Jujitsu Fujitsu
Advantages: Great features and design
Disadvantages: Battery life
...This review is for the Fujitsu-Siemens Amilo Pi 2540 laptop.
In the box
In the box which you are given you have initially the laptop. The laptop is safely secured and fastened down by some tight plastic sheeting.
On the outside of the sheeting you have the power connector and you have underneath the laptop plenty of manuals. The manuals are guides on how to use the laptop and also information about registering your laptop online.
There is also a few discs included and one of them is a power management disc which is to be used when you need drivers reinstalling on the computer which might be lost and the other disc is for you to install some programs which might have gone missing as well.
All of these items are securely packaged and in a very solid box.

fantastic laptop, for all tose travelers
Advantages: portability
Disadvantages: hard drive space and ram, (for some).
...Fujitsu is a company that operates under the well known Siemens brand. They are now making more laptops than ever and coming out with fantastic new models of laptops all the time.
This model, the lifebook was designed and made for al those people, who for whatever needs, want a good looking laptop which is very portable to take around with them. This laptop takes in all these demands and incorporates them into its specification and fabulous build quality.
It great to see a laptop that’s not only meant for business like people, but also looks great too. This is something that the acer travel mates just never managed to get right as they always designed their laptops with one colour scheme and boring design all the time.
This laptop however has a great look to it. It kind of looks quite cube like, which in this case is very...
