The device itself is stunning; at 4.3 inches, it has one of the biggest touchscreens on the market, and this screen is incredibly responsive, which is a credit most of the time, however it means that during times when more precision is needed, mistakes are easy to make, for example it took me a while to text without making too many mistakes, however HTC's XT9 predictive texting feature does help eliminate these. The screen is bright, scratch resistant and clear, perfect for movies and photos.

The viewing experience grows on you and as long as Sky keep adding channels I'd say its an expensive but worthwhile investment for the movie or sports fan.
After almost a year of having sky HD its hard to invison life without it, with its perfect veiwing, and its alround exelence, i love it.
when i watch other TV's i can see the diffrence and all the time prefer HD! It has to be the best thing made in 2007!

Sourcing one at the right price proved to be a challenge, with prices from £699 to £999
I found two retailers at £699, but missed one of them by one day, however both were doing five year warranties within that price
Setup was easy, but due to the weight of the TV this is a two person job
As with all plasma TVs care should be taken in the first few weeks while the plasma gas settles, typicaily up to 250 hours viewing time
I found this TV gave out an extreme amount of heat during this time, but it reduced greatly over the next four weeks
I have mine connected to four sources
The Virgin Media is connected by SCART, on AV1
A SONY Playstation is connected by SCART, on AV2
A computer is connected by VGA, on RGB
A DVD Home Cinema System is connected by HDMI, on HDMI1

...This tv is great value for money. Even with the tv all black it certainly looks very amazing. Its high gloss finish makes it some double the amount you pay for it. The slight curves of the tv give it the style.
This tv can connect to mp3 players very quickly as it has a USB port to play these files. Also this tv has three 1.3HDMI inputs and D-Sub PC jack.
This tv comes with fullHD therefore the resolution of the screen is 1920x1080 pixels. The contrast ratio is 15000:1 this is unbelievable for this price. The Samsung tv boosts the colour and the sharpness of the television making it a pleasure to watch your favourite programs
Also the viewing angle on the television is very good as you can watch the tv from nearly 180 degrees.
The 1080p screen resolution helps moving objects look smooth.

We bought this TV because our old 28 inch TV took up too much space. We wanted something that would look modern and wouldn't become the focal point of the living room. We love films and computer games and so we also wanted something that would make our movie nights more of an event.
We didn't think we could afford an LCD TV but we went shopping around for one nonetheless with an extremely tight budget. We looked at a few and thought we had found one we liked (a Samsung - apologies I have forgotten the model) until my fiance saw this this fellow. It was modern, it could be wall mounted, and if it was on a stand it didn't take up much room at all. Compared to other TVs in our budget it had 2 stand-out bonuses - 2 Scart sockets and even more...
Advantages: Looks great, loads of applications, good on board technology Disadvantages: A few bugs until you install the hotfixes, battery life could be better

The HD2 is my first HTC device. However, certainly not my first touch device or Windows Mobile device; as I had previously owned the Sony Ericsson X1, and several other touch interface devices.
Now, as with any handset, there are always going to be negative points. So, I want to get those out of the way, so I can concentrate on the good points that make this such a great handset.
The HD2 operates on Windows Mobile 6.5, which is the most up to date version currently available. As with Windows, it does come with it's fair share of flaws, however, this cannot be blamed solely on Windows, as there are often issues with a number...

Advantages: True HD Quality Pictures, Sleek Looks Disadvantages: Price, HD Channels
...(apparently) and new films in HD.
Sky Sports HD1 & 2 - Again not every programme is in HD, but Golf and Football really do make this impressive to watch.
Prem Plus HD - Self explanitory really, and all the games shown on here are HD.
Discovery HD - If you are into anything to do with DIY, Fishing or aviation then this channel will be your main stay.
National Geographic HD - This was the first channel on the Sky system to be fully HD and was the one we watched most when first getting the system. We've never been in to wildlife programmes, but when you see a Cheetah chasing down another animal, then eating it in HD you find yourself strangely engrossed in it.
History HD - This is the HD version of the History Channel. Again I have never watched this, but looking through Sky's Planner all the programmes seem to be fullHD...

When you first get the product it is in a cardboard box with printing of the TV and various features and specifications printed on the front of the packaging. Clean nice box, environmentally sound as packaging goes.
Un-boxing:
Upon opening the box inside the TV is packed with in four corner squares of polystyrene, contained is the TV, Remote Control, Stand, 2 AA Batteries & Manual.
Accessories:
Supplied is a desktop stand which you simply click into place on the base of the TV and can stand on any flat surface the stand is small and not obtrusive at any points the TV can also be wall mounted but requires addition Mount. Also supplied is the remote control with batteries, the remote has everything you would expect on there is silver and very basic quality is sturdy and doesn?t feel too...
