It must be a Full Moon

Advantages: A good blend of upbeat pop and R&B
Disadvantages: Lots of mushy love songs that all blend into one at the end

...Whether you?re a Brandy fan or not isn?t really relevant with this album. If you like a mixture of upbeat pop and R&B this is worth a try. Advantages: This is Tom Petty at his VERY best.
Disadvantages: 40 mins just isn't long enough...

...This is Tom Petty at his VERY best (and even at his worst he's still very good). Full Moon Fever has Free Fallin', I Won't Back Down and Runnin' Down A Dream. These are surley 3 of the best songs in the history of Mankind. Need I say more? I would leave it at that but I have to write more than 120 words. So I shall sing it's praises a bit more. There is hardly a day that goes by without this album being played by me. Someone else has written that the only thing which lets this album down is some of the lyrics. I disagree, the fact that it works so well is the manner in which these songs were made. Tom Petty, helped by Jeff Lynne and Mike Cambell managed to knock up Free Fallin' in a day, and the rest were made very quickly aswell. It is the sponteneity which gives it its charm. ...of her secret wedding and pregnancy, it's strange to think that so many of the catchy songs are about break-ups, but I suppose bitterness sells better than happiness! Or maybe the lyrics are showing what was really going on inside? Who knows! Anyway, its not all anti-relationship. Songs like "Full Moon" and "All In Me" are nice optimistic songs about meeting guys and fancying them, or telling someone that you'll be for them whatever they need. Anyway, the best tracks are: Full Moon - dancey, catchy and happy. She released this one as a single so most people should at least have a vague recollection of it. "I Thought" is equally as catchy. ...In my opinion, 'Full Moon' is Brandy's best album to date.. I recall listening to this album a great deal in my university days after a friend of mine made me a copy:) to add to my RnB collection. 'Full Moon' is Brandy's third album released in 2002 and it was definitely a cut above the previous couple albums. Although 'Full Moon' was the main single off this album and was the main hit off it, most of the tracks on the album were hits to me and any Brandy fan would agree.. What I liked about the album were the slow tracks mainly and Brandy's smooth (almost slightly husky) voice and vocal ability which are showcased really well on this album.
