Advantages: Great Food at a Great Price Disadvantages: None
...us up to North Shore for a short walk on the promenade where we could stroll along and contemplate another brilliant Sunday carvery lunch.
At the Squirrel there seem to be enough high chairs available to accommodate the younger ones. The people on the table next to ours did use on. On the down side though it seems the baby changing facilities are in the disabled toilet.
The value for money of The Squirrel can best be exploited on weekdays when a carvery will cost just £3.50 a head. On weekday evenings you'll pay £4-50 a head.
On Sundays you pay £6-50 a head but I still believe it is great value for money.

If you are ever near this location I fully recommend this pub / restaurant. You'll definitely be pleased with your meal...
Advantages: Great food, good prices and a friendly atmosphere. Disadvantages: Sharing the disabled toilets with the baby changing, the queues and the pub part of the squirrel.
...it is light and refreshing. It is strawberry flavour and very nice especially if you mix the ice - cream into it. I also love the Yorkshire puddings and you can choose between 1 or 2 the chef will ask you. When I went last the chef made a joke asking whether I wanted 6 Yorkshire puddings. I obviously said no and started laughing, as did the lady behind me in the queue. I don't like the fact you have to queue and feel that some people are a bit impatient. When I was choosing my vegetables I had this lady breathing down my neck and I could feel that she was in a hurry.

...I visited Blackpool with my husband and our two children during the Easter holidays, we stayed for three days and two nights in a three star hotel in the North pier area of Blackpool. We won our stay on an Ebay auction but the hotel can also obviously be booked in a more traditional manner (by phone, post or email).
