Advantages: Makes you fit, lose weight
Disadvantages: Cant do many multiplayer games on it apart from jogging.

Balance games which include a tightrope where you have to balance yourself on the board to get from one end of the rope to the other, a snowboarding game where you turn the board around and snowboard down a hill, a ski salom where you ski your way through flags as fast and quick as you can to gain more points. Also a penguin slide where you have to balance on the left and right to catch fish, different coloured fish give more points. What a great game to help lose that excess weight that you dont want. I shopped around first before venturing out and buying it in any place. I ended up buying it in toys r us for £70.00. I looked on places like ebay and amazon and too my surprsie some of them were priced much higher. Even though i had the inconvienence of going to the shop several times to eventually pick one up. LOSE WEIGHT, LOOK GREAT

Advantages: Losing weight is easy and you don't have to give up your favourite foods, great support offered, lots of local meetings during the day and eveing
Disadvantages: Weekly fee can make it an expensive way to lose weight

Each meeting costs £4.75 and this fee is payable for up to two weeks even if you don?t attend. You don?t have to stay to the meetings, you can just go along and get weighed and go straight home ? I always stay to the meetings to get the most value for my money and to gain helpful tips that other members may have to offer. Advantages: fun, easy, no banned foods
Disadvantages: none in my opinion

Expensive But Very Effective In Weight Loss.

Advantages: It really works providing you have the detemination
Disadvantages: the prices they charge to jump an a scale.

So may think this is mad but I have tried to weigh my self, but I soon stop and the weight goes straight back on, I don't have the self motivation to keep it up myself. This way if someone else tells me I have gained weight, I will do more the following week to shift it again. DIETS With the weight watcher diet you have the choice of two different diets, the core plan and the points plan. The points plan is designed to help you lose weight, by counting the number of points you eat a day. You need to fill in a questionnaire to see what point allowance you are allowed each day, then with the help of the book that lists the point values for many foods you can get going. The Pill without the worry or weight gain

Advantages: Reduced hirsutism, effective contraception, shorter lighter periods, no weight gain
Disadvantages: possible side effects and loss of libido

I have had several bouts of tearfulness and some terrible mood swings. Normally a couple of bars of chocolate would help, (I am sure it does something to calm my moods), but obviously that is out of the question. Money has been a bit short this week too which has added to the stress but at least I have not ruined my diet! I actually lost more this week, 7.5lbs! Woohoo! Do You Watch Your Weight ?

Advantages: Lots of local meetings, supportive leaders who have lost weight themselves through weight watchers..

I continues going to weight watchers using my monthly pass, I reached my silver 7 and was coming up for losing a stone when I skipped a few meetings due to being very busy, when I went back I had gained 3lb and was very disappointed and I realised that whilst you are sitting in the meeting you may be thinking do I really need to be here, I could do this from home much cheaper, but you would be wrong. Yogalates for Weight Loss

Advantages: Split into 3 sections, good for all levels, great price
Disadvantages: None come to mind

...weight loss. I did not buy this DVD as I need to lose weight, but love Yoga and thought I might do a little extra at home rather than paying an fortune to go to an extra class. After a month of doing the DVD... if i'm honest only once a week, I have not lost any weight. I have felt some increased toning though in ceratin parts of my body. I am not suggesting that you cannot lose weight by doing these workouts, but I am the kind of person that thinks oh i've done a bit of excerise now i'm going to eat chocolate. I personally find Yoga very relaxing and gives me a bit of 'me time'. I found that this DVD has actually helped me to relax even further than when I attend one Yoga session a week. I did not however find that it gave me any me time. Realistically what it achieved was for my other half to take photos of me without me knowing...
