The Game chronicles a fascinating experiment, and Strauss is a gutsy, talented Guinea Pig who manages to hit a chord with both readers and those around him in the story. However, the feeling of envy and admiration the reader may have held at the outset dissipates drastically as the book reaches its climax. This isn't really a fault of the writing, although the pace does fall away and the narrative does lose interest somewhat. Rather, one just begins to pity those involved in the seduction game; they simply come across as obsessive, needy geeks who play the law of averages, pestering...

WII Play game is ok

Advantages: Sound kids fun
Disadvantages: Little poor on the graphics and lack of games, only 9

...This game came with the WII I purchased. This is definitely a game for young family, the games are more group fun silly games, like shooting birds etc for points, fishing, spot the pair etc. The game I really liked for 25yr old was the pool, as it was not easy and you have to be accurate in your arm movement and table tennis is for the big kids, its really good fun. The fishing was fun but it don't last longer enough. This is a short & sweet review, as this game is for young kids/families. The graphics, sound and instructions are very user friendly the controls of the games where easy to pick up straight away without having to check the help section. The sound along the game is fun and cheesy. I do feel they could have worked on the images better, as kids are not stupid they know whats a good picture. I would recommend for some...

Transforming game play?

Advantages: Excellent graphics and voice overs
Disadvantages: Non-existent extras, quite difficult, rather repetitive

...You know when an incredibly hyped-up film like Transformers is released there's going to be a heck of a lot of side merchandise following it - and so the release of this game on the Xbox 360 wasn't really a surprise to me. --Synopsis-- The synopsis for the game will probably appeal to anyone with a destructive side and a tendency to want to root for the bad guys - you can either play a campaign as the Autobots, the goody-goody robots trying to protect Sam, the film's protagonist (the game contains major spoilers so I would watch the film first if you haven't already) or as the Decepticons, the evil robots hellbent on seemingly blowing everything up. ...I read the first book by Belle de Jour a couple of years ago, after watching a few episodes of the ITV2 series 'The Secret Diary of a Call Girl' which starred Billie Piper. At that time, there was some controversy about the TV series and the book on which is based, with accusations that they were glamourising prostitution and potentially encouraging vulnerable young women into the sex industry. When I spotted 'Playing the Game' in the library, I automatically assumed that this was the sequel to 'The Intimate Adventures of a London Call Girl' but this is actually the third book in the series. ...Wii Play: I recently hired Wii play from Tesco DVD Rentals to see if I liked it before buying it and I enjoyed it a lot so I thought I would review it for all of you. Wii Play is the kind of game that is great for when you have a group of friends around with several different mini-games to play. There is a multi-player function allowing for two people to play at once. Because the games are short, (a minute or so max), you can all take it turns to play without anyone getting bored whilst still allowing enough time for toilet/cuppa breaks. The ultimate game to play at parties!

Advantages: keeps you fit in a fun way
Disadvantages: Wouldnt play it on my own

...you can set your target weight and when you want to achieve it by. Its like having your own personal trainer! It also tried to correct your posture, this I found a bit tricky as I was really uncomfortable stood how it seemed it wanted me to stand! The Wii itself is extremly simple to use with step by step instrcutions as you go along, and the exercies and games you can play are all explained before hand. My personal favourite is the hula hooping as how hard you laugh when watching people do it is enough to to tone up them abs! Other exercises on there are yoga...which is actually alot harder then it looks, sit ups step aerobics (this is abit like the dance mats that used to be around!). All of which are really fun to play as you have the cartoon charecters which represent you on the screen! Overall Im not sure if this is a game...

...are desperate to play the game then I suggest using the free service its just as quick. Once you have placed your order you can track it online through the website and see where it is however by the time you log in the next day and check the postman would more than likely have dropped it through your letterbox and in my case being ripped open by the babies. REWARD CARD Unlike most places where you buy computer games Game have a great reward card scheme which cost's just £3 for life membership and gives you an additional 2.5% off each order and when pre ordering games gives you 5% off your order so this on new games works out fantastic so just on a £50 order easy to spend when your talking gaming you would save £1.25 that's nearly half the original £3 you lay out for the card I didn't get mine for a few orders and missed out so well...

...bought this album almost a year ago now, and it hasn't been off my stereo since! This is simply fantastic- words can't say how much I love Playing My Game. It seemed like a weird mixture of songs the first time I listened to it- I bought it on the strength of the rather poppy single Sitting Down Here and my memory of a song I heard in Europe 6 months earlier called Unforgivable Sinner, which stayed rooted in my head despite not hearing it at all for months.. when Lene's name appeared on the radio in February 2000 I recognised it and was ecstatic. However, what really made me spend my cash was the fantastic acoustic version of the title track on the b-side. I have never heard a song that made my spine tingle on first listening before. The album is divided between upbeat acoustic pop a la Sitting Down Here, and stunning ballads like...

...ages: You get the game free with a remote! Disadvantages: The game can't be bought on its own! I havea recently spent time with my family where I was introduced to the Wii. The Wii game Wi Play is a game which you can get for the Nintendo Wii, its one of the only games which comes with a Wii Remote included. As you pay around the same price for a remote as for this game with remote it is really like getting a free game. The game consists of 12 mini games, which you unlock as you go along. The games seemed to me to be to play and we did have a lot of fun fun! Two people can play the games together.. Suitable for adults, children ( and wrinklies like me) the controls can be picked up easily and quickly - even for me. None of the games include throwing the wii remote around like wii sports, so there is not much danger...
