...Garlic Bread is one of my favourite accompaniments to pasta , pizza, or salad . I've been trying to economise, which mainly means that instead of buying Asda own brand, I'm trying, where I can to step down to the smartprice brand - the cheapest they offer- in order to make my money go further . This frozen baguette cost me 36p, which, considering Asda do a 2 pack of their own brand for 98p, would save me 26 pence if I purchased two - not a huge saving, but a saving none the less . Its roughly the same size too, although perhaps slightly less plump, and is divided into nine slices (7 real slices, and 2 ends ) The packaging, like most of the Smart Price products, is a plain white with green writing - nothing to write home about, but it does make it easy to find the smart price items amongst all the others . ...For those who routinely buy sticks of garlic bread from supermarkets only to be disspointed by the dryness of the bread and sometimes even the distinct lack of much garlic taste then have a go at making your own! And why not add a few extras for that extra yumminess! When it comes to the garlic butter I do not use specific amounts, simply guess what the right amount is, if its too little its easy to add more and if its too much, well its not expensive stuff so a little waste won't hurt. Garlic - Bad Smell of Success

Advantages: Seems to alleviate a host of ailments.
Disadvantages: Causes odour, some may be intolerant to it.

To begin with, I must say that I have never found any benefit in taking garlic supplements, whether or not they were of the odourless variety. GARLIC BREAD!!!!!!!!!!!

...you, you will be laughing out loud the whole way through. Do you know what a donkey gets for its lunch in blackpool? Half an hour!! That is just one of the many jokes that litter this performance. But don't worry i won't ruin it by telling you more ( and believe me i know every joke and story back to front ). This is perfectly suited to people in their late twenties early thirties as they will be familar with the gadgets and music of the eighties, though every age will be in hysterics. The one and a half show end in what seems half an hour with a song that Jim fixed for him ( though on the DVD version there is also an extra half an hour of deleted material ) like garlic bread it's the future ( believe me i've tasted it ) So i urge you to go out and purchase this ( not lend because you wont give it back ) and sit with your mum...

...Every now and then, I like to treat myself to some of the freshly baked bread from my local Tesco's bakery. One of my favorite types is Tiger Bread. Why Is It Called Tiger Bread? This bread is referred to as Tiger bread because of the pattern which develops across the top of the bread during the baking process. This is achieved by spreading rice paste and sesame oil on the top of the bread before it is baked. Then, while the bread is baking, the paste dries and cracks which creates stripes across the top of the bread, similar in look and colour to the stripes of a Tiger, hence the name Tiger Bread.
