Saxo 1.1 Forte

Advantages: nimble with good performance for its engine size, fun handling
Disadvantages: Steering takes getting used to, basic interior, basic equipment

...of performance, the 1.1 is a little slow. If you know how to get the best out of an engine this isnt a problem and you will soon find yourself moving briskly, keeping things on the boil with a few more frequent gear changes than usual. My advice here, get one with a rev counter or if you are impatent dont be tight and get one with a bigger engine! I would reccommend the 1.4 Furio or 1.6 VTR (8v) if you want anything that has all-round performance. Fuel Even driven hard on motorways or back lanes it will always give around 45mpg. On a long careful drives we achieve 50mpg easilly. handling is its best quality - lots of FUN. Dont forget the VTR/VTS performance models are considered amongst the best handling cars around. It is beautifully balanced. My only critisism of the car here is that the ride can get 'bouncy' at times on rough roads...

Suk 11

Advantages: Cheap, clean and more interesting than most.

...This summer we stayed in the Suk 11 Hostel off Soy 11 Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok. Don’t be put off by the fact that it’s not in the centre of town, it’s just a 3 minute walk away from the new sky train which can jet you to wherever you want to go in under half an hour for less than a tuk-tuk or taxi. Review of Suk 11 Hostel

Samsung NV11

Advantages: 10.1 million pixels, numerous zooms, automatic shake reduction
Disadvantages: touch buttons activate when aiming to take a picture

...I was recently looking to buy a new digital camera and saw the samsung NV11. It is a sleek black camera which looks different from the usual stainless steel slimline cameras I had looked at. It has 10.1 million pixels and many features to help take great pictures such as the automatic shake reduction. When I received it, I was faced with a big user manual on the software disc provided. However, I started taking pictures on the automatic mode and downloaded them on my computer. I was amazed at the picture quality especially when blowing them up. I will leave the manual for when I want to do something more with my pictures. I was surprised at the ease of use for standard picture taking and the incredible quality but I would recommend using the software provided as some of the pictures can look blurry when displayed on other picture...

Barracuda 7200.11 AVOID at all costs

Disadvantages: no reliability what so ever, will definitely break unless you update firmware

...The Seagate 7200.11 is probably is worst hard disk there is. I have only had it for 9 months and it's broken. I will keep myself to be subjective when writing this review though - so there's no need to worry! = the BASICS The Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 was released in 2008. It was the 11th generation of the Barracuda line of hard drives. It comes in 160Gb, 320Gb, 500Gb (mine), 640Gb, 750Gb, 1TB and 1.5TB. It runs on 3 disk platters and can be subjected to forces of 350Gs when not operating. =my EXPERIENCE The hard drive was working well, compared to my previous (Western Digital 250Gb) which at times doesn't work and clicks occasionally, displaying error 51 in Event Viewer. 9 months down the line of first buying it one day the computer does not boot up at all. Review of Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 500 GB

My opinion of the peugeot 106 1.1

Advantages: cheap, reliable, nice looking car.
Disadvantages: abit small inside.

...I think that the Peugeot 106 has been a good little car since they brought them out. The peugeot is the same as the Citroen saxo but a peugeot style, The first one that come out was a (H) 1991 and all the way up to a (04) plate. Inside the pedels are a bit close together and not much room but you would get used of it. The little 1.1 engine is small but not bad for around town, you cont go fast on the roads now because speed cameras and lots of people on the roads. The peugeot is nice and easy to park in parking spots and driving them are easy. The new 106 looks alot better then the old 106 they have inproved it alot more and is a little bit bigger and easy to get in and out. Its good for a young person who has just passed their test or a older person, the insurance and tax are cheap but best of all the petrol lasts...

This was because my son is currently looking for a new car to replace his very reliable but ageing current motor, a Citroen AX. The Saxo has always attracted my son with its good looks and decent performance, but interestingly enough he was interested in the smallest engine option of the First. There are several reasons for this, all unbelievably and unusually sensible coming form my son!! Nippy Saxo 1.1i East Coast

...I don't know too much about cars so it will probably come to no surprise to those is similar positions to me that I took my husband along with me so i didn't get ripped off! After many searches and looking at many varieties of small car I chose a Saxo East Coast,1.1i 3 dr. The first thing to say about my nippy little car is that I love it. I chose a special edition, which really only meant I had a CD player rather than cassette radio, sporty seats with lovely upholstery and a different coloured seat belt on each seat, yellow gear knob, metallic paint and blue colour on the speed dial etc. Basically the differences were visual rather than any thing different to the mechanics of the car. Fiat Seicento Sporting 1.1 Abarth

Advantages: Small, quick, reliable
Disadvantages: Noisy, slow seatbelt retraction and violent windscreen wipers

...I bought my second hand Fiat Seicento in April 2007, at 9 years old, for my first car. My car is a 1.1 Sporting Abarth edition which comes up upgraded alloy wheels, bodykit and abrath interior. It is a nice 'ferrari' red colour, which is a lot less of an eyesore than the yellow version! 1. Interior of the car The car is well made, with extremely comfortable sports seats. The interior of my car is Abarth with the scorpion logos embroidered onto the seats, which are navy blue and black. The dash is nicely arranged, and the additional rev counter seems to be in an odd position at first but you get used to it, and then it seems the norm. The leather steering wheel is nice and a good size, and complements well with the leather gearknob. There are what looks like carbon fibre panels on the dash which gives a nice sporty feel to the car...

I purchased this car in September 2000 (X-reg). I chose the colour Poseidon Blue (Metalic). At the time Citroen were giving a years free insurance away with the car, which as a young male driver this I found was invaluable. The basic on the road cost of the car was around £7200 after the cash back deal. (£800 pounds at the time). With a 1.1i petrol engine (1124cc) you will find the Saxo usually does around 45 miles per gallon even when you give it some stick.
