Advantages: Great action, great fights, great storyline, plenty of men to look at. Disadvantages: Predictable and cheesy at times.
...has proven to be a success as Benny Chan has made a sequel 'Gen Y Cops'. I am hoping to see this one soon as it's more western orientated with a good number of western cast. I am wondering if this is Chan's mission to become established in the West.

I rent this DVD from independent DVD postal business called Screen Select via Internet and was disappointed that it was dubbed in English only. I know that the original Hong Kong film would have a mixture of many Cantonese (or Mandarin), English and Japanese. English and Cantonese subtitles are available. There was also no extra DVD bonus. However I've included some information if you are lucky enough to get the original version.
Running - 113 minutes
Director - Benny Chan

Review of Gen X Cops (DVD)
...I bought my Gen2 in April 2007 and I love it. It is reliable and comfortable and great to drive. Plenty of leg room and the seats don't chop you off above the knees, as many new cars do. I had a Renault Clio before which was fine and no complaints there, but I never really "took" to it. Not like the Gen2. I am passionate about it. Gear change is positive, braking sure and reliable and steering firm. I find the ride very comfortable, especially on long journeys.
I read reviews of Proton's cheap nasty plastic interior, (all cars have plastic interiors) but the light colour makes it look rather snazy, in my opinion. Makes a change from bog standard grey! CD/stereo sound great and buttons are well placed - you don't have to fiddle around pressing the wrong buttons because they are too close together. Steering wheel controls are...

Review of Proton GEN-2
Advantages: Excellent Value for money, reliable and very economical Disadvantages: There are none at the present
...I purchased my Gen 2 GSX in August of last year and boy does it have the "WOW factor", with the stylish exterior running into the fantastic light, airy clean modern design of the interior this car certainly does turn heads. This car has impressed not just the younger generation with it style and pazzaz but also because of its smooth lines and sexy curb appeal. When I first rolled up in this vehicle at my local filling station which was also the drop in centre for the local boy racers, I was stranded for almost two hours with the car getting a once over and lots of questions being asked off with regards the car. When I use to pull into the local supermarket carparks I would get elderly and parents coming over to look at the space that was inside this remarkable car.
The Exterior of the car is clean lined and because it was the GSX...

Review of Proton GEN-2
Advantages: All the Sega Genisis/Megadrive games on your PC! Disadvantages: Watch out for the Japanese versions of the games
...The Genisis Emulator (casually known as Gens) emulates any Genisis games there are, that is, if you want to play that many in the first place.
But what is the Genisis?
The Megadrive, origionally known as "The Genesis" first came out in 1995 (or there abouts), with Sonic the Hedghog, SEGA's answer to Ninty's (Nintendo's) Mario, and was a surprising sleeper hit (or so they say).
Following the success of the SEGA Genesis, they changed the name to the SEGA Megadrive, and set out for world domination for games.
However, Ninty beat them to it, only just like, by producing the Nintendo 64, or N64 for short in 1999 (or thereabouts).
However, the SEGA Megadrive lives on, and it leaves some of the best retro games like Sonic the Hedghog, Streets of Rage and Road Rash. All of which are encapsulated in the Gens emulator with other...
Advantages: Great, intuitive control system, cheap, well built, great feature set, Virtual Console Disadvantages: Wii-motes eat batteries, flimsy Sensor Bar cable

GameCube / Backwards Compatibility
-------------------------
Prior to the Nintendo Wii, I had a GameCube with three GameCube controllers. Unfortunately as of late my GameCube ended up in my office and not hooked up to the TV and although I longed to play some of my old library now and again, it didn\'t feel like it warranted the trouble of finding all the cables and hooking it back up again. Becuase the Wii can play GameCube games, my love was restored and playing GameCube games on my next gen console is a great move. You can plug your existing GameCube controllers in to the top of the Wii and theres even two memory card slots too...

Review of Nintendo Wii
Advantages: Entertaining for all ages Disadvantages: You have to be carefull not to hurt yourself or someone else
...connection for access to the internet for the updates, downloadable games from the store and surfing. It can read SD memory cards and you can also plug Gamecube controllers and memory cards for the Gamecube games which are supported aswell on the Wii.
Wii is not only the new age of gaming but it's also the most sold next gen console at the moment and it's much cheaper than the competitors the only hustle with Wii is that you will have trouble finding one in the UK...

Review of Nintendo Wii
Advantages: Next-Gen console, never before seen graphics, outstanding gameplay. Disadvantages: Early versions had minor faults, some bugs found in certain games.
...Microsoft wanted to make sure this time around that they didn't loose out to Sony in the race for being the best developers of next-gen consoles. As a result they released the Xbox 360 about a year ago, and although early stock was limited, and the stock that was available had some minor faults, it has only gone from strength to strength ever since.
With the Sony PS3 now put back to a March 2007 European release date, this Christmas Microsoft look to have the market all to themselves in the world of gaming consoles, with only the Nintendo Wii being able to make a somewhat less than promising challenge.
The Xbox 360 boasts incredible never before seen graphics and amazing gameplay. With some customers grumbling over the early titles released for the console, Microsoft are now really starting to roll out the games that have achieved...
Advantages: Looks, warranty package, handling, fuel consumption, reliable Disadvantages: Interior plastics, lack of oddment space inside
...I ran a Gen-2 1.6GSX for 15.000 miles during a frantic six month period. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder but no matter what angle I look at this car from, I find it rather good looking.
It was fantastic value for money & came with driving lamps, alloy wheels, tailgate spoiler & reverse sensors. Inside it had leather seats, air conditioning, radio CD with steering wheel mounted controls, electric windows, central locking with keyless entry, trip computer & four air bags. My one was a manual version, but the automatic versions comes with cruise control.
It was powered by Protons Campro engine which according to the trip computer returned 43.7mpg with mainly motorway & some town driving. Performance was very good & the engine was quite smooth to around 4000rpm, there after it became a little noisy. The five speed gearbox had...
