...Colgate is undoubtedly one of the most established brands of toothpaste in the UK and indeed worldwide. But did you know the company is 200 years old? No neither did I - just take a look at their website if you don't believe me! When it comes to toothpaste, I am loyal to two main brands - Aquafresh and Colgate. I tend to buy several tubes of whichever one happens to be on offer when I go shopping. My latest purchase was two tubes of Colgate Oxygen for £3 from Tesco - a saving of 88p. I had not bought this particular variety before, but was intrigued to find out how well it fared compared to my usual Aquafresh toothpaste. Colgate Oxygen toothpaste comes in a standard sized box, with the Colgate logo embossed across the front. To the right of this are the words 'Oxygen Pure Freshness' and in the background are lots of small blue bubbles...

A Mouthful of Oxygen?!

Advantages: Good taste and totally freshens mouth!
Disadvantages: More expensive than other brands.

Ipod 3rd Generation Ipod Nano

Advantages: Good Storage, A Good All Rounder, Tougher Than Older Models.
Disadvantages: Bad Battery Life.

...The new Ipod 3rd generation nano is a new way to have everything an Ipod offers in a smaller, easier to manage form, this new Ipod covers: Music, videos, photos, podcasts and extras which include games, notes and alarms. In my opinion the 8GB storage space is the best option, it gives you the ability to hold your favorite few films whilst still being able to store all your music, the screen although not massive is reasonably large enough to be able to watch videos on and has good picture quality. The newer Ipod nano seems to be tougher that the older nano's, small drops are no longer a worry of broken screens or freezing. One thing I would note about the Ipod is its battery life, in my own experience it seems that it can suddenly drain very quickly, one in particular is in the car try not to leave your Ipod playing if it does...

It was the Colgate comapny that first produced 'toothpaste in a tube' (c1896), previous to that it was kept in a jar, no doubt next to their false teeth lol. Oxygen, is that a lot of hot (or is that cold) air?

...COLGATE OXYGEN TOOTHPASTE We popped a new toothpaste in our trolley last month, it was Colgate 'Oxygen' toothpaste, and they proudly told me that I would have "a clean, fresh mouth, like a fresh of breath air"!! Did it?? APPEARANCE The 100ml tube came in a cardboard box (why do they do that, it seems a complete waste and it is hardly environmentally friendly); the box is pale blue with a big red Colgate logo and a little pile of bubbles!! The box also tells me that this toothpaste will provide us with Pure Freshness Long lasting fresh breath Care and Protection for our teeth and gums I should hope so, that's why you buy toothpaste isn't it? Rather than explain the good points to you (as that would take far too long as, generally, the standard is superb), I will list negative points: 1. A low fuzz can be heard in some songs, in some it's more prominent than others. It's on completely random songs i.e not just on downloads, songs off CDs, etc - it's a combination. M-Audio Oxygen 61[Midi Keyboard]

Advantages: Great Midi Keyboard/Controller.

...As im a music Producer, I use a number of Midi Keyboards when i go to studios. M-audio keyboards are levels abouve the rest within the industry. I previously i owned the smaller version of this the Oxygen8 v2, which i loved, howeveras i was progressing as a musician, it was limiting me on the mellodies i was composing as there wernt enough keys. So i upgraded to the Oxygen 61 which is what im currently using. Im extremely happly with it so far, and feel that it meets all of my requirements not just as a Midi Keyboard but also as a Controller Interface for software like 'Reason'.
