Genius Look1320

Advantages: Works with windows XP
Disadvantages: Not compatible with Vista

...Having bought the Look1320 for my new computer, Operating System is Windows Vista Premium. The web camera worked at first, due to a problem with my PC after changing the computer back to the factory settings, the web camera no longer works. After checking a few online forums I found out that Genius, will not be producing drivers for the web cameras to work with Vista. This is a contradiction to what the product description stated, as the camera is supposed to work with Windows Vista, and Windows XP. The Look1320 is a good web camera, that works well on Windows XP. For the price it is worth buying if you have Windows XP, though would not buy it if you have a Windows Vista operating system. A true genius

Advantages: This works!!!
Disadvantages: the colour

...reading glasses!! Creative genius can be used on either wet hair before blow drying or on dry hair to create more of a just dragged yourself out of bed look. Either way the stuff does not give you that nasty crunchy hair look or make your hair feel kinda sticky and yeuky! My hair is very thick and has a mind of it's own to say the least, but having used this stuff practically every day since I got it it's finally looking tamed! For flat sleek looks I would suggest you use about the size of a 10p peice if you've got shoulder length hair, work this throw your hair when wet and then blow dry as normal. The results for me have been excellent. Creative genius also has another plus to it, you don't get that nasty sticky hair feel the morning after!!! It's very easily brushed out of your hair. Look - A Mix Of The Latest Trends And Celeb Gossip!

Advantages: Lots of fashion and celeb gossip...
Disadvantages: It is actually quite trashy when you think about it, but I like it anyway!

Basic Information Look is a weekly magazine aimed at women, and contains a mixture of celebrities, fashion and real life. It costs £1.50 per issue and a new issue comes out every Tuesday. It can be found at many supermarkets, newsagents and the usual stockists of magazines (Boots, WHSmith etc...) First Impressions 'You shouldn't judge a book by its cover' is a phrase which I try to abide to, but when I'm looking to treat myself to a magazine I am obviously going to pick the one with the glossiest cover and the most enticing cover stories (not to mention a reasonable price tag!)...and I must say, Look ticks all the boxes on this front! Pure Genius

Advantages: Very funny film

...We had a bit of a disaster in our house this weekend. We had a power cut. Why would this be such a disaster you may think, with all the power off it's a perfect opportunity for family bonding -you know the sort of thing; sitting around talking or playing games with the children. Well, it wasn't so much the fact that the power cut was a disaster - it was the fact that when it came back on it created a power surge and killed my satellite digital box!! After lengthy telephone conversations with Sky, we came to the conclusion that it could not be fixed over the telephone, and an engineer would not be able to come out until Tuesday. This left us with a terrible situation - NO SKY!!! We had to call in drastic measures and have a look for a DVD to watch. Problem Feet?... Soap and Glory Heel Genius is here!

Advantages: Gives you soft and smooth feet, Not a bad price. Great packaging

...price as I have seen similar heel creams retail at about the same cost and as Soap and Glory products are often slightly more expensive than others this makes the Heel Cream a worthwhile buy in my opinion. When I first looked at the Heel Cream I thought it was a product that you would just rub on the back of your heels but it is actually a cream that you massage into your heels as well as the rest of your foot and then pull on a pair of cotton socks and the heel genius gets to work in softening your heels as well as the rest of your foot. The tube of heel cream is up to the usual fantastic standards of Soap and Glory products. Educational wildlife game for the Nintendo DS - Animal Genius

Advantages: Has some educational value
Disadvantages: A bit too basic, children are likely to grow bored quite quickly

The aim of the game is to go round five different levels and learn more about the animals in each area. The game is educational, and is based around the five main levels, rain forest, arctic, sea, grasslands and woodlands. The problem however with educational software is that it is difficult to merge both educational value and fun value. Touch of absolute genius!

...Hi All. Well, where do you start with this bit of genius? My lovely wife got me this for last Xmas, and I have used it to death (well almost). I already had a Creative mp3 player that I used a fair bit when out walking the mutt, but I sometimes wouldn't use it for weeks at a time. But the touch is just so irresistible and useable that I use it every day. If all the PC's are in use I'll look something up using the touch. But it really is annoying that there is no flash player support on it (why isn't there?) The rest of the family have got Nano's and by comparison they're really basic and featureless. One bad point is that the volume doesn't go very high and I was on a flight recently and watching a movie (admittedly with a slightly quiet sound track) I struggled to pick up the dialogue. ...Look magazine is a fairly new magazine that I've been getting for a couple of months now. It has 2 main features - celebrity news, and shopping/style. The celebrity news bits are what the front covers are about - usually some shocking statement or something. Whilst most of the articles make great reading (for people like me who love a scandal!!) I've found most of them aren't quite as scandalous as Look'd have us believe. There can be 2 double page spreads based on one comment made by a 'source', and many of these stories are often contradicted in later issues. The shopping and style bits are my favourites! There's a section called "All the dresses" showing all the gorgeous dresses and gowns worn by celebrities at various events and parties. Genius, Iconic, makes The Office look average.

Advantages: Every Single Episode It Outstanding
Disadvantages: None

...that bungling Torquay, England hotel proprietor Basil Fawlty runs a shambles of a hotel whilst at the same time looking down his nose at poor, common or working class people but fawning all over well to do or well spoken guests. He is always messing things up or dealing with natural disasters in a hap hazard stupid way and has to try to hide all of his mishaps from his wife Sybil, played by Prunella scales. He also leches over any pretty women guests which also gets him into a pickle. There is also the hapless and unfortunate waiter, Manuel (from Barcelona) who is usually blamed for everything by Fawlty and poked in the eye and slapped by him into the bargain. Polly (played by Connie Booth) a waitress, tends to at least help Basil keep the truth from Sybil and smooth things over. There are some other regular characters with cameo roles...
