A brilliant song that most of us will remember. A song that some of us (30 plus) will remember from our teen discos and youth club nights. `Cause there`s music in the air and lots of loving everywhere, Give me the Night. Taken form the Album - Give Me The Night. 2) Turn Your Love Around - Released in 1981. Another brilliant song. Again, one that sticks in my mind and brings back lots of great memories from my youth. `Turn your love around, don`t you show me how`. Great song. ...If value for your money and a quality of service are important to you then I advise that you do not spend your money at Benson Beds. My wife and I bought a new bed at our local branch in Christchurch for which we paid cash “up front.” When the product was delivered one of the integral drawers was badly manufactured and the wooden headboard was crushed out of shape and broken. It was damaged beyond repair. We called Benson’s Customer Services – no reply, just an answerphone! No reply was forthcoming to the message we left. We returned to the store of purchase and a replacement headboard was arranged by the store (who were also unable to contact Customer Services – just an answerphone) but this was badly split and also unserviceable. ...'t find a parking space in front of the flat, so he delivered it to the store. Then I called the store. Somehow I got it delivered in the evening. My long wait ended . I really had a bad experience with Bensons for Beds. They have a very bad customer service. They say in their ads, they got a super fast delivery!!!... Read review

...If you're starting out as a George Benson fan or just being a completist, this is definitely the compilation to go for! Perfect for summer days and really uplifting for the winter nights. I had this album on constant replay when I was revising for my exams this year and judging by my results, something inspired me! Whether you want to freak out or chill out, this is the album for you. If you were a fan of Michael Jackson's 'Off the wall' or anything Quincy Jones was producing in the late 70s/early 80s (Brothers Johnson, 'Ai No Corrida' etc.) you're bound to love 'Give me the night' or 'Love x Love.' ...Although this review is primarily a moan at Benson’s Bed Shop, I have endeavoured to give a brief background of the shop and the products they sell. Unfortunately, I have already posted in the Buyer Beware section, so I have had to use this category for a rant. Last year our bed began to show signs of age.....you know the thing, you get out in the morning and have the imprints of the springs in your back….. My mother-in-law decided she would buy us a new bed for Christmas, so we duly trundled off to Bensons Beds in Coventry in November 2002. Bensons have stores all over the country, 220 of them to be precise, and pride themselves on being the largest bed retailer in the country. Advantages: Easy to use, versatile, cooks evenly and quickly...and it's healthier too.
Disadvantages: Drip tray doesn't always catch everything. Spatula is bendy and bun warmer a little small.

...toasted sandwiches very quickly, evenly and without sticking…how good is that! ~~~The Bad Points. There are a couple of things that I would consider to be bad points on the George. The first is that sometimes the liquid that runs out of the food “misses” the tray and drips down onto the work surface and collects around the front feet. This is sometimes messy and you can’t really clean the underside until the grill has completely cooled down. We have found that putting a couple of sheets of kitchen roll under the feet and tray is sufficient to mop up any drips and keep the surfaces clean. The spatulas provided are very good for scraping anything that has attached itself to the grill, but they aren’t ideal for removing food. ...Having applied to a university that doesn't offer catered halls, I was really starting to worry about what might happen to me next year. I can't cook, not by any stretch of the imagination. I didn't fare too badly in GCSE Food Technology, but I'm no Nigella Lawson, that's for sure. Now I don't want to be overly dramatic, I don't think that I'm going to starve or anything like that - but I don't have high hopes for a well-balanced diet, more like the same old boring junk day in day out. I mean who wants to eat pizza every night? Not me. So when student after student started preaching about the marvel that is the George Foreman grill - I started to listen. Advantages: It cooks a small chicken for two or three
Disadvantages: it does get hot

...in this and it is well worth its money. If you want to do a stew, again you have to preheat and add a little butter and then cook in the baking tray, you can cook, bake and roast lots of things in this and you know that the food will be cooked all round due to the product been very well covered with the grills at all angles. Now I am a bit biased as I really love the George Foreman Products and I swear by them. My old Junior George was kidnapped and is now in Worcester and my Baby Georges are in Harrogate and Warrington. My friends have already put their names on this ready for when I update, but this will not be for a while. The only downside to this product is that it is in white and not some sort of grey/metal colour, but that is not bad is it. Disadvantages: uxbridge staff have a limited grasp of the english language, they are unhelpful, never return calls on time, do not stick to delivery dates.

...On 01.02.04 I made the big mistake of listening to my son as we walked passed the Bensons for Beds in Uxbridge precinct. At the front window were two cabin beds reduced down to £299.00. My boys were promised they would have new beds but I wasn't expecting to buy from this company at the spur of the moment. However, I did purchase the two beds and was promised a delivery date of 18.2.04. The night before I dismantled my boys beds and took them to the refuse centre. On the delivery morning I received a call to say there were no beds in stock until a further two weeks. I explained the situation to Vicram but I do not think he understood a word I said. All Vicram kept saying during our conversation was "hello" its Vicram or "Im sorry" as in I do not understand you. The grasp of the English language in that store was pathetic... Read review

Advantages: large range of clothes and incredibly good prices.
Disadvantages: many clothes look tacky and cheap. especially the underwear.

...The ASDA clothing brand, George, has been going for the Best part of five years and has always kept the "low prices...Forever" motto of ASDA. all the clothes are of decent quality and can easily match any other sort cheaper clothing brand for quality and value for money. The George Label has many different types of clothing available, you want a new pair of socks, they will have them, shoes, with a good variety of different styles from ones appealing to toddlers to comfortable trainers to shoes your grandmother could wear. Other different types of clothing appear seasonally such as raincoats in autumn, warmer, woollen clothes in winter and light, colourful T-shirts in summer. Many gripes have arisen from me over the style of the clothes, for bargain basement clothing (6 pound for a t-shirt,) clothing the style isn’t too bad... Read review
