GHD hot pink kiss hair stylers.. well worth every kiss!!

Advantages: styles your hair in so many ways.. curles, straight, waves and so much more
Disadvantages: are more expensive than other hair stylers

...GHD hair straightners are something i really could not live without. I have got the Limited edition IV Kiss ones and although the price is what seems redicuoulsly high at £135 they are worth every penny! I`ve had so many hair straightners in the past, cheep ones because i didnt want to spend that amount, i am now glad i did at last splash out on these!! They come in a box, roughly the size of a shoe box, in one side is the GHD stylers and on the side that lifts open there is a packet of 3 GHD lipglosses in a small little box which are also fabulous. There is an instruction manual and a book containing a list of all the other products available by the GHD company. A Very Very Good Hair Day!

When it got to a certain length, I purchased a pair of £20 straighteners from a supermarket. Being the 'typical' man, I decided that straighteners were straighteners, and I was not going to pay over the odds for a product that would no doubt do the job just as well. GHD, makes a bad hair day a good hair day

Advantages: Temperature, quick warm up

...These straighteners are the best hair straighteners I have ever used, they heat up in about 10 seconds, beep when they're ready to use and then if you forget to turn them off they switch themselves off which is great if you're like me and have often come home to find my bed covers completely singed. They're very hot which although on the one hand is good because they work really well for every type of hairstyle you can ever want to do, straighten, curl, volumise etc. However, if you don't use a comb when straightening your hair you can quite often burn your fingers on your hair. GHD really do offer quality products as a general rule and I would never use any other straighteners. This is my 3rd pair of GHD's so really I have no complaints, however, my hot pink straighteners have had to be sent back to GHD on 2 different occasions...

GHD MK4 Straightener Review - Good Hair Day

Advantages: Reach 130 degrees in 20 secs, good comfortable hand grip

Great for short thin hair

Advantages: Heat very quickly
Disadvantages: Unable to cope with my thick hair

...I bought these recently as I cannot live without my older larger plated GHD's and thought that these would be a handy alternative. They do heat in under 3 seconds and have the same excellent ceramic plates as the larger version, however I found them very time consuming. I have very thick hair about shoulder length and unlike their larger cousins they were unable to straighten as effectively . On saying that they were brilliant on my fringe. I would recommend these to anyone with shorter or thin hair. A fashion conscientious male friend of mine used these and loved them and were perfect for his short hair. I would recommend using the straightening oil with these as they are very hot and I did find a few burnt strands of hair ....

Excellent Straighteners & a Great Gift

Advantages: Durable, Perfect Straight Hair, So Simple To Use

...I won't go into amazing detail as there are so many good reviews on here but i bought these for my girlfriend as she kept borrowing out her old GHD's which her friend seemed to ruin and she loves them. She is a hairdresser and swears by GHD she should actually just change jobs and promote them that?s how passionate and convincing she can be. And to quote her in some way - Yes they are more expensive than most of the other brands but unless you are really unlucky you will never need to own another pair of straighteners again as they are so good and durable. The fact that she can do hers & my hair in just one stoke achieving perfect straightness is amazing and after seeing others struggle and steam go flying into the hair i recommend you spend the extra pennies because it is worth it. ...I love it! calling it a straightner doesn't not do it justice, it styles hair into pretty much any shape. I personally love the perfect curls i can create myself. It even comes with a dvd to show you how to straighten, wave, and curl your into different looks, so you can try something new everyday. They flash and beep when they are hot enough and they only take about 20 seconds to heat up, therefore there's a super quick cool down time too. And it comes with a heat map to store them in and you don't burn any surface you put them on.
