...I have owned my ipod touch, 8 GB, since August of last year which i received as a birthday gift and as i already owned an ipod nano at first i didn't see the point of having another ipod, and although i was very grateful for the gift i did at first consider it a waste of money. But i soon become to love it, in the first few months of receiving my ipod as i gift i was constantly playing with it. ...The iPod Touch 2nd Gen 8gb is an all round useful piece of equipment, from listening to music, to surfing the net, with useful apps, it makes a great gift. it also has built in speakers you do not need to carry the headphones if you dont want to. it also has a very reasonable price and is very compact so you can take it anywhere . the only disadvantages that i have seen is the sliding bars (e.g. brightness) are very hard to move and the battery doesnt last for very long. a good point about it is thawt the screen is virtualy impossible to scratch.The bottom line is the second-generation iPod Touch includes features that are light-years ahead of the competition, its design has improved, and its price has finally come down to earth....

...One things for sure Ipods are getting more popular by the day as more features and different designs are being introduced to these almost everyday necessities. I purchased the 8gb version 3 months or so back and ive been really please with it. It stands out from the rest as it has a large screen for viewing videos and photo's, but not only that it has the built in touch sensitive display which is very easy to use and im sure very popular. It has also introduced the new wii-fi so that you can connect to a wireless connection whether it be from the comfort of your home or in a coffee shop etc. when you go to i-tunes ur music and files can be transferred to your ipod within seconds though videos take a bit longer. ...Ive had the ipod touch 8gb since christmas and i got it for £200 and i think that it was worth every penny but now the price has dropped slightly to £179.99 which makes this product even better ive had 3 ipods before (nano 1st,2nd and shuffle) and this is the best by far!!! it has a great 3.5" touch screen and the 8gb internal memory is more than enough to store your favorite music and a few music videos or a couple of movies but if you want a mp3 player to watch movies the ipod touch is the product for you but i would go for the 16gb model as 8gb realy isnt big enough for movies and your favorite music. i would highly reccomend this product to anyone who is lookin for a new mp3/mp4 player . i think this ipod is so good that what ever mp3 you own im sure you would realy enjoy the ipod touches features and great look. and the battery life...
