These teens go fired up!

Advantages: easygoing comedy
Disadvantages: predictable

...I watched this film yesterday in the afternoon while my sons were sleeping. I laughed a lot and hoped that I won?t wake them up. It is a very easy comedy that is mostly for young audience. This film was directed by Will Gluck and is recommended from 12 years. It was released in the summer of this year (2009). It is 90 minutes long. The story is very simple and there is only one twist in it, the rest is very predictable. So you won?t think for days about this film. You just enjoy it, laugh a lot then forget it. The characters in this film are mostly students. They are presented as easygoing, partying boys and girls with no deep feelings and touching message. Time To Get Fired Up...

Advantages: Easy to watch and will make you laugh!
Disadvantages: Simple and predictable

A gorgeous album

Advantages: A great singer
Disadvantages: You may be but off by a male singing this high

...notes as a soprano when he sings. ‘Heroes’ is a collection of 18th century arias written by Handel, Gluck and Mozart. These provide a perfect showcase for Scholl’s unique talent. From the first bars of a recitative taken from Handel’s ‘Serse’ I was hooked. Scholl’s version of ‘Che faro sensa Euridice’ from Gluck’s opera ‘Orfeo ed Euridice’ (you will know the tune when you hear it) is simply stunning. His realisation of some of Mozart’s earliest operatic arias is a delight. All the music on this CD has a dignity, which is the result of Scholl’s effortless technical mastery and purity of tone. Disadvantages: NOT ENOUGH NIGHTS IN A YEAR!!!!!

...room I succumb to the feeling of total peace, well being and happiness that is the hallmark of a night's stay at this quiet, little known, undervalued but SUPERB travelodge. If you stay in the Midlands, stay here, it's a treat! You won't get a bar or a disco but you will get a sound good night's sleep and that's just the ticket, if you ask me!! Nice big reception area makes you feel happy and welcome, mot like stuffy claustraphobic nearby Droitwich, or LONG corridor (stuff 'em in like sardines) Alcester travelodges! It's Hartlebury for me every time I get the opportunity to stay in the Midlands, and of all the Travelodges I've stayed this one is TOPS! Viva la Hart la Bury!!! Bravissimo!...

...Something of a departure for me in many ways is this one, after the semi disasterous year I enjoyed last year this 12 months of 2008 was marked down as clearing debts and enjoying myself time - how to achieve both being somewhat of an impossible balancing act. But the debts cleared up faster than expected so in early May I turned my head to the new target - having fun, lots of it. One of the forum sites I am a relatively active member of has pretty regular meet ups, and after deciding it was funtime the next was due to occur in Birmingham at some point during July, so in keeping with the fun but keeping out of debt ethos I went off to find some decent hotel bargains which werent going to cost me a fortune in beer tokens for a taxi. Folk festivals.

Advantages: great atmosphere.
Disadvantages: So many festivals, so little time!

...he Straberry fair, which is a different event.) Ely,(early summer I think.) Bridgenorth,(August, Midlands. Quite ecclectic and very good.) Pontadawi,(Wales, not sure of the spelling. Almost always rains.) Liverpool shanty festival,(early summer.) Warwick, (large midlands festival, very good,) Bedworth (Novemeber!), Chipping Norton (Mostly dance.), Bromsgrove (small midlands festival July.), Alcester,(Small Midlands festival, June, my local and it's great!) and that's just the ones I can remember. The odds are good that there is a festival somewhere near you - they really are great if you are in to folk music - and rather addictive....
