...Hamsters have long been a popular childrens pet, probably because they're small, cute, cheap and easy to take care off. In this review I'll go a little more indepth to hamsters and their care.
Types:
Syrians are probably the most popular breed of pethamster, they are also the largest. Other hamsters are known as dwarf hamsters, these are the russian, chinese and roborovski, all of which are roughly half the size of syrian hamsters. Dwarf hamsters can also be housed in pairs or groups.
Lifespan:
Generally speaking most hamsters live for between 2 and 3 years although some can live longer than this (one of my hamsters lived to the age of 4).
Do hamsters make good pets?
As stated earlier, hamsters are very popular childrens pets. Generally speaking they are friendly creatures but they are very fast, not particularly suitable for petting...

Peppa Pig on the Move
Peppa Pig is a children?s animated television programme which my daughter has recently fallen in love with. Each episode is only five minutes long so keeps her attention really well, possibly one of the reasons that she loves it so much. The episodes follow a young pig called Peppa and her family and friends, each of which are different types of lovable animals. Episodes feature every day activities such as school and going to the park with some really funny moments that even I have to laugh at.
So of course, as my daughters birthday approached, when people asked what would she like, I had to say Peppa Pig ? especially as she had just learnt to sing the theme tune!

Advantages: Interesting stories, good characters, quirky. Disadvantages: Similarities to other films, Askew is annoying.
...I suppose I should get the inevitable Pulp Fiction comparisons out of the way at the start. Yes, it contains a group of stories that are all loosely connected via the characters. Yes, it contains drugs deals and accident overdoses. Yes, it contains the same kind of pop culture references. Now, if these things are going to detract from your enjoyment of Go, you probably shouldn't bother trying to watch it. If you can get past the fact that the similarities exist, you can enjoy an incredibly entertaining film.
Because of the way Go is inter-connected, it's hard to describe the plot without spoiling other elements of the film. On a basic level, it revolves around a supermarket, with it's employees and customers providing the introduction for all of the story strands. Review of Go (DVD)
Advantages: Natural, very tasty, choice of flavours, 1 of the 5-a-day for kids Disadvantages: None
...In this weather, Harry is drinking like a fish, and even though I take out a big cup of juice for him, it's usually gone by the time we get to town! So I've started to look at little drinks that I can pop in my bag for him when we run out. I did use Fruit Shoots for a while but he was getting hyper from them, and to be honest, they weren't all that nice and tasted so artificial! So when I popped to the supermarktet yesterday and saw these new Tropicana Go! drinks on buy-one-get-one-free offer, I thought they'd be worth a try for Harry!
Tropicana Go! are a new drink for children, but the difference with these compared to similar drinks on the market is the fact that these contain 70% fruit juice and 30% water, and thats it! There's no colourings, additives, sweetners or added sugar at all, and that appealed to me straight away...

Advantages: Different concept to movie making Disadvantages: A bit confusing, to understand
...This movie can be broken up into three stories the characters in these stories are Ronna (Sarah Polley) who needs to increase her financial situation. Simon (Desmond Askew) who just wants a trip to Vegas and Adam and Zack who are out for a trouble free good time.
The first story we are introduced to is about eighteen year old Ronna, who works in a super market as a shop assistant. Her plan is to increase her financial problem by selling drugs in the form of ecstasy, this back fires due to her inexperience. This leaves her on the run from her supplier Todd Gaines (Timothy Olyphant) when he finds out he has been ripped of by Ronna.
The second storyline takes us to Simon, Ronnas British work colleague, who is a bit of a low life he is called a wanker to be exact! Simon is going to Las Vegas from Los Angeles by car, with his three...

ADVANTAGES:

PoGo really cute, just the size of a credit card, so very mobile, tuck it in to your bret pocket nice and cool.
You need not bother of cords or wires it does the job of connecting or paring cellphones trough Bluetooth and digital camera via USB. The prints are 2inc x 3inch in the form of sticker pictures. I must say the print quality is more than acceptable
THE LOWS:
*The printing process is slow around 60 to 80 seconds, tends jade with prolonged use.
*The battery (Li-ion) gives a maximum 12 prints
*Takes atleat 5 hours to charge
*It does print while charging, but the charger is the size of the printer, so mobility is hindered.

...I brought the Go Duster some time ago off a T.V program, it sounded really good, and if it saves time dusting then I'm up for giving it ago.
CLAIMS - Faster, easier, more fun, picks up and traps dust.
Ok so what is it.
The Go Duster is a motorized duster that came with 3 different sized heads. The heads spin which causes static which in turn makes the dust stick to the fluffy spinning head.
It is meant for all sorts of dusting which include plants, shelving, blinds, collectables etc.
When I brought mine it came with an extra long head, medium head and a small head which is for keyboards or T.V screens but to be honest you can use which ever one you like on what ever you like, an extension handle for hard to reach places which is 90cms in length and a storage shelf.
The handle is white plastic as is the extension handle...

The moment I unwrapped this little beauty I wanted to use it. I got the power lead and plugged it in. I didn't wait that required charging time as I was so eager to use it. At least once and then let it charge properly. I let it charge for about 20 minutes so that it would have some power to it. I then took out the pack of 10 sheets of paper that came free with it and slotted them into place.
It took me a little while to go through my phone to find the perfect first photo. Sad I know but leave me to my simplicity! I found a cute photo of the kids cuddling and was ready to go...

Review of Polaroid PoGo
...the plotlines don't converge nearly as neatly enough. But what the film may lack in originality it certainly makes up for with style and quirks.
The real discovery in all this is the cast. Sarah Polly stands out (listen to her mild Canadian accent slip through once in a while) as the world-weary checkout gal who's first and only foray into drug-dealing unleashes a legion of trouble for her. Desmond Askew (wonderfully punny name) is this Pulp Fiction's Tim Roth, glib and cocky as his well-ordered world whirls and crumbles around him in a neatly choreographed disaster. As the sinister drug supplier, Timothy Olyphant is particularly menacing, exuding equal amounts of danger and innocence, sexiness and insecurity. The characters in "Go" never become cardboard parodies of themselves, and they never dissolve into charicatures of themselves for the sake...

As well as time taken to care for a hamster as above, syrians need at least twenty minutes of 'out time' daily, so a secure area for your hamster to explore is essential, playpens can be purchased for this activity.
There is much enjoyment to be had from a syrian hamster, they have funny, cute quirks and can be amusing to watch going about there business, but they are not a pet for everyone. Do you want to be cleaning out a hamster cage every week? Do you have time every day to play and socialise a hamster? Are you willing t rescue/buy from a breeder and thus support good hamster ethics, or will you just go to the nearest petshop and support the mass breeding and exploitation of these wonderful animals? Are you prepared to go to the vets if something is wrong...
