Best 3 Star Hotel in Goa

Advantages: Excellent Resort
Disadvantages: A little bit isolated

...Over the years we have stayed at numerous hotels throughout Goa and this was our second visit to the Nanu Resort within the past two years. I must say that this is one if not the very best 3 star hotels in Goa. All of the staff are extremely friendly, polite and very attentive and have been trained to very high standards, better than some of the 4 star hotels we have stayed at in the past. Nothing is too much trouble for them and if they are unable to assist you personally, they will immediately find someone who can help you. The cleanliness throughout the hotel and general appearance of the resort itself is also to a very high standard for Goan hotels. ...Ever since some friends of mine were raving about Goa, about ten years ago, I'd been wanting to visit. Ronil Beach Resort - Baga Beach, my experience

Advantages: Good setting on Baga Rd, close proximity to bars and restaurants
Disadvantages: Could be noisy at the front of the hotel

...After exploring the resort, I would say that the The Ronil Beach Resort appeared to be one of the better hotels in Baga, although the decor in the rooms is tired and the bathrooms need re-furbishing, this is the only downside - there is room service, laundry service and fresh towels daily. Most important of all it is CLEAN. The staff are brilliant, always smiling, polite and very hard working. Our room was in one of the two storey blocks beside the main pool area, which was a sanctuary. In the rooms closer to the front of the hotel, the traffic noise from the busy and sometimes chaotic road would have been unbearable. The air con is FREE and can be left switched on even when you are out. We travelled in April/May when the heat can be relentless, even at night, so this was a big benefit. ...My best friend and myself visited Goa in March this year. It was our first time here; we had a fantastic time and would certainly return there. Before we left Before we left for Goa, we were required to buy a Visa. This cost us £30. We downloaded the forms from the Internet and sent them to the Visa office in London. Our visa took about 2 weeks to arrive. The Flight The flight was 10 hours from Gatwick airport to Goa. From the airport our hotel was about an hours drive. Although we were not looking forward to the journey as we just wanted to get to our hotel the drive turned out to be excellent as we got to see various parts of Goa that we wouldn't have necessarily seen if we hadn't made the journey. Advantages: fun to play with family and friends, lots of game choices, some really fun games, multiplayer

My Experience with Goa was in October 2006 with my family. Its a place where you can anjoy alone or with your family or when you are on Honeymoon. Means its a complete package. The main highlights of the place are the BEACHES, which are spread all around in the State. There are numerous beaches and some which deserve worth mention are : Vagator Palolem Candolim Baga Ajanta I would suggest that avaoid the rush at the Candolim and Vagator, which are not-so-clean, and enjoy the lovely beauty at the Palolem Beach.
