Not On My Nipples!!!!
Advantages: Pretty box? Nice smell?
Disadvantages: Doesn't work (well, didn't for me...)
...'t use this stuff. It is cheaper than other nipple creams, but it really didn't work for me. Each to their own however - my sister used it and found it to be very helpful. Not for me though. I used a pure lanolin based cream which worked a treat. (Lansinoh)
The Ointment
If you do want to have a go with this, it will cost you just under £4.00 at most chemists, Boots, Superdrug, etc. It smells of chamomile, which is actually very pleasant and soothing and if that was all that was in it, it would probably be great! Kamillosan is produced by Goldshield and comes in a 50g tube housed in a pale yellow box with a white chamomile flower on the side.
My Opinion
I really didn't get along with this cream at all, much preferring the Lansinoh which the midwives recommended. I found it make my sore , red nips much worse and I worried too much...
