GPS allows you to view distance, pace, speed, as well as calorie consumption data. The watch gives you the ability to save up to 30 workouts each with a 100 lap memory. It utilises a 100 hour chronograph, allowing you to time even the longest events or store workouts for an extended period of time and can store more than 20 hours of workout data which can be logged for the entire workout, as well as data for individual laps.
