Great Machine!

Advantages: Quick Work-Out, Cheaper than Power Plates, Great Results
Disadvantages: Only tones your body, doesnt keep you fit.

...This machine is simply a must if you want to tone yourself up and not have the hassle of going to the gym for hours each week! I bought one of these off Ebay, and now so glad i did. Its simply an amazing piece of kit. My Personal Experience At first i thought, surely this machine cant be as good as i've been reading all over the net, people must be exagerating and just trying to sell the machine. How wrong i was.... The first time i used this, i trained at level 10 (ranges from 1-20) thinking i can take it at that level no problem, and sure enough i was ok, i did a few different positions for my legs, stomache and arms. I trained for about 10 minutes, as i wanted to see how much this would actualy do, and sales reports tell me that 10minutes of using this machine is equivelent to 1 hour at the gym. Boy oh boy did i feel it...

...i can say that this is a great machine it really works and gives you good results i wouldnt say the best but you can certainly tell after a period of time that your body has toned up, i havent got one of these myself but i would like to get one when i can afford it lets say. the vibration on this machine is not like a massage its more intense and when you stay on it for quite a while you will feel your muscles tightnen thats when you know its working. so i definatly gives this machine a thumbs up, i suggest you buy this machine if your too lazy or bored to go to the gym because you can do many exercises on this in the comfort of your own home. this is a great machine and would recommend this a good buy...

...Reason for buying ------------------------- I have to admit, I have no reason at all to buy this product. There is alot of marketing surrounding the JML grab mat though, so hats off to the marketing men for the high profile ad campaign. Why would I use one? However my Dad bought one for himself so got me one too. I did try to say I would never need it but don't really want to offend him. (look a gift horse in the mouth an' all that). Get your coat - grab your keys ---------------------------------------- I tried it on the kitchen unit just to see if it could hold a coin on the vertical, and (piccy included) it actually managed it. There was a good amount of adhesion when trying to peel the mat off the door again, but not sure how it would cope with a car dashboard. Most car dashboards I have seen are of that plastic...

The God Machine

Advantages: Totally original, mind-blowing music
Disadvantages: Not much of a discography

As usual, no doubt everyone will simply be thinking "Who?"   The Malfunctioning Machine

Advantages: Good special effects
Disadvantages: A director going AWOL?!

.... Different materials impressively build over the machine and erode away again, leaving it exposed for it's final resting place. Although, possibly these sections were extended a little too long, and that more use of techniques such as a clock-face spinning, (used in the first time travel sequence,) might have been equally as effective. There is a good use of tension in the chase scenes - to the point where I really did jump when someone is grabbed by the hair. The problem is that this wasn't quite as well executed earlier. After one attack, we are plunged into Alexander's attempt to eradicate the threat. Surely one or two people going missing beforehand would have allowed this to build more slowly, and proved that this was not an isolated incident. Advantages: Like a well composed playful arty circus-infinitely better than the leaked version.
Disadvantages: Still a bit baroque and some might find it too chic and arty.

This really was tragic as the bootlegged version was terrible and really didn't do this extremely talented artist any justice. The leaked album from start to finish has the singer (and the producers) bad habit of making music deliberately hard to listen to. Going for bad baroque and pop-funk bastardisations that are mostly irritating to listen to. Although Apple's voice and lyrics are really wonderfull, the bad landscape of the album musically makes it a rough terrain that most wont be bothered with-unless they are die hard fans committed to being there through musical 'sickness & health'. ...The Time Machine. A wonderful book that is simply far better than any film could come close to matching. We follow the adventures of the time traveler, who in the book has no name. Not sure if that was somehow significant to H.G.Wells? He is trying to convince his friends of the plausibility of time travel and how it exists and so can be moved through. they are unconvinced but unknown to them he has already built a prototype in his conservatory.
