Review of Fiat Grande Punto

The Grand is truly Grand

Advantages: A comfortable hotel and great restaurant
Disadvantages: Quite a walk up the hill or steps if escalator is not on

...I had a very hectic Christmas last year cooking for the family and generally doing far too much eating and drinking, so when it came to New Years Eve I was worn out, and to be quite honest just could not face another knees up to see the New Year in. My husband came up with the idea of going for a pint at tea time then back home for a night in front of the television. I agreed with that idea and then he piped up that we would have to go to bed early because we were getting up at six in the morning to drive to Scarborough and staying over night in the grand Hotel. Grand facilities at the 'Grande'

Advantages: Lots of facilities and good choice of restaurants
Disadvantages: Rooms are more basic than you'd probably expected

Grand Theft Auto IV - Grand Fricking Awesome!

Advantages: Fantastic Graphics, Amazing Story, Realistic Gameplay

...I have been a fan of the Grand Theft Auto Series since the first 3D version came out (Grand Theft Auto 3) on PlayStation 2, I remember buying it and spending a good week or two playing it none stop as I was simply addicted and I?ve never experienced such an interactive and open world game that could knock Mario World 64 out of my top favourite. I have prided myself in become a somewhat expert on all the PlayStation 2 versions of the game, I?ve completed them all multiple times and have been dreadfully close to completing them 100%. My heart did a flip off joy when I heard they were releasing a game on the Seventh Generation Consoles, but then my heart did a dreadful landing when I realised I wouldn?t have the funds to purchase a console in time for its realise, so from that day on, it has been a somewhat side goal of mine to get the game...

Review of Grand Theft Auto 4 (GTA IV) (Xbox 360)

The MGM Grand is Grand Indeed!

Advantages: A fascinating place to visit and so much to see
Disadvantages: One can get worn out just trying to explore the whole hotel

...I stayed at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas for 3 nights and 4 days in August 2008 and can honestly say I had a great time. Please let me warn you that this is a fairly lengthy review of my experience. We got a taxi from the airport to the hotel which cost about $7 which worked out at less than £4 at the time. The first thing you notice about stepping out of the taxi and into the hotel is the fabulous air-conditioning. Vegas in August is VERY hot, well over 40o Centigrade! So it's really a relief to get out of that heat into the fabulously spacious lobby of the MGM and feel cooler straight away. On stepping inside the hotel (if you arrive by car) you are greeted by the large gold lion in the centre of the lobby in front of which it seems everyone who goes there for the first time rushes to have their photo taken in front of! Review of MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas

Lights Out, Guerrilla Radio, Turn That Sh*t Up

Advantages: Shows the band at their best, superb live show and some good extras
Disadvantages: Shame it was the end, Zack's not really been heard of since

...It?s always a shame when great bands decide to split up and go their separate ways. In 2000 Rage Against The Machine (RATM from now) did just that with three members forming Audioslave and Zack De La Rocha heading off to do his own thing. They did however capture their final gig on DVD and what a send off it appears to have been. For fans of the band this is a must own DVD as it shows Rage at the very end, still very much in love with their music. It wouldn?t appear that the band will ever get back together but live at The Grand Olympic Auditorium is the perfect reminder of how good they were. It was filmed on the 13th September 2000 in Los Angeles and brought the curtain down on RATM?s career. The hotel has approximately 200 rooms, ranging from singles, to doubles to doubles with sea views to deluxe doubles with seaviews to suites. Prices range from £80 for a single B & B to £250 B &B for a sea view deluxe to £530 for a suite.
