Paris itself is a very noisy city; being the capital of France this should be expected. There is always a lot of noise around...

.... From this hotel, I can honestly say that all the tourist areas in Paris can be reached by walking. For example, the Louvre museum is located approximately at a distance of 20 minutes at a leisurely walking pace.
