...This Grand theft auto really takes a step forward from the others, the graphics are amazing, if you look at the cars they have so much detail in unbelieveable and when you hit other cars the damage to the cars is much more realistic now and now if you damage the car to much the engine will cut off and when you accelerate it will just keep trying to turn the engine on which is quite cool. The way you walk and other pedestrians walk is much more realistic now too, the way you drive is more realistic its quite hard to get used to on the old games you could go round corners really fast but on this you have to slow down for them otherwise you wont make the corner, which is good because its more realistic but you could say its not as fun. ...As an avid gamer, it is disappointing to note the hundreds of new releases made every year that quite frankly are not worth talking about. Many new games these days depend on effectively copying the script of another game and overlaying this with a different plot or sifferent characters. Many of these games come across as boring and unfit for purpose. Of the major releases in the last few years only one appears to have stood its ground and remained one of the major players in the gaming world. There is no end to the copycats who have tried to mimick the free-roaming style of the GTA games, some successfully, but others not so successfully. ...I first had this game on the PS2 a couple of years ago, but a couple of months ago i decided to buy it on the pc, i think its very good on the pc as you can add extra features like NEW CARS! NEW PEOPLE! NEW MAPS! Well the next instalment of the grand theft auto games is now on us! you play the character Niko bellic, an immigrant trying to escape his past and start a new life in liberty city. As Niko it is your job to do odd jobs for various crime lords around town and try to climb the ladder and become more powerful all while trying to find a man who betrayed him when he was back in his home country in the army. from my experiences of the game all the media hype has been short lived! Grand Theft Auto 4, A Let Down.

Advantages: Good drving and good player detail
Disadvantages: Slow rendering times and boring gameplay

...I was really hyped for this game months before it came out, I watched all the videos and read all about it. I even waited outside Gamestation for hours to buy it! Graphics The graphics are quite good, The detail in people is really good and some people look really realistic. Unfortunately the game takes along time to render sometimes, For example when you are driving along the buildings and tree's do not appear until you are near them. They sort of just appear from nowhere, This is quite annoying sometimes but the game is still playable. Game play The game play have improved quite a bit from the previous Grand theft autos, the physics in GTA4 are really good and quite funny sometimes! ...What is Grand Theft Auto Liberty City Stories? This was the first grand theft auto sequel brought out on the psp. The game is set in a city called Liberty city a ficitonal city based on New York. (This is also the same Liberty city in GTA 3.) And fits in the action/crime genre. Setting: The game is set in 1998 (before GTA 3) and the main character you play is called Toni Cipriani. The Game starts when Toni Cipriani returns to Liberty City and then works for the Leone Mafia boss Salvatore Leone. The game then goes on from there when you work with various criminals, gangstars and dodgy politians throughout the city. I find that the missions become more challenging too but probably at the same level as the other grand theft auto games. Advantages: The freedom, the music, the variety, the characters, the story, the size, the vehicles, the script, everything.
Disadvantages: The graphics are pretty good, but not brilliant. This is due to the mammoth size of the game.

...Intro: Oh My God is what I say when I get asked about GTA: San Andreas. I think it is the best game of all time, my friends think it is the best game ever, and all the official and unofficial magazines agree. This is one of the rare few gems that netted itself a 10/10 from the Official PlayStation 2 Magazine. (Only 8 games out of many hundreds have achieved this feat.) Is Grand Theft Auto IV really that Grand at all?

...Grand Theft Auto IV is arguably the best game of 2008. Problems are very difficult to spot. The only problem I encountered was towards the beginning of its release; multiplayer struggled to even load. This however, has been sorted by Rockstar and now online runs just as smooth as the offline experience. What has changed since Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas? The obvious improvement is graphics. The new physics engine, RAGE has added much more to the game. Simply being ran over by a car makes you realise how much the physics have been developed. The new cover system really helps the combat side of the game.
