...I bought my Samsung E900 a few years ago now for around £80. I wasn't looking for anything fancy and this phone was exactly that - quite good looking with pretty basic features. ~~~ Looks / Style ~~~ I was looking through a catalogue at all the various phones and this appeared to be one of the best looking without being too expensive. When I finally got it I was just as pleased with it looking at it for real as I was when looking at it in the catalogue. It has a shiny black finish, which can show fingerprints quite clearly and the overall look and feel of the phone is smooth. Slim D900

...Firstly I would like to say I own the O2 exclusive Chrome Samsung D900. Ok now for the review, i will try to lay it out in sections to make it easy to read and understand; 1. Looks- Until recently the looks of a phone was not my top concern, I was more interested in what the thing could actually do!! ...I basicly brought this phone as a cheaper alternitive to the D900 but having said that it is not a bad phone. Sleek in style and did have all the features in a phone that I was looking for, it is not really that different to the D900 apart from it's mermory cap and the fact that the touch key pad is sentive to the touch and juring use of the phone the canel button or call button can be easily caught by accident making over all useage abit of a challenge, texting is mostly what I find difficult as brushing your finger over the cancel button will delete some writen text if not all, thankfully it will not call out if it is in your pocket as the phone will not operate unless it is fully open, it doent have a key lock as such but is key locked if the phone is shut. Camera is good quality for a 2 MP and I am pleased with my pictures...

Disadvantages: Accidental button presses. Light remains on when charging. Vibrates too much when battery is dying.

...The Samsung E900 is a very stylish looking phone, it measures 93x45x16.5 mm, so it is very slim and lightweight, and it is barely noticeable in your pocket. LG KM900 Arena - An iPhone Rival

Advantages: Good camera, small and light phone. QWERTY keyboard for texting
Disadvantages: Screen switches itself off after too short a time

...I recently upgraded to my new LG KM900 Arena from my current LG KF600 Venus after a bit of an argument with my (now) former provider. I got a great deal from Orange so I'm now the proud owner of the Arena. It's a candybar phone with a completely touch screen interface. I was a bit wary about not having a keypad but this phone is very responsive and I haven't had any trouble so far. My phone has a screen protector on it so it doesn't get scratched and this hasn't affected the way the phone responds to touch. ...I have had this phone for 3 month and would highly recomend it to any one wanting a reliable and easy to use phone i have found that the supporting pc softwear is easy to install and use make sharing my pics and down loading music very easy The battery life is not the best in the world but is ok found i have to put on charge every night to keep it going but a always on my phone so maybe its just me!!! ...After reading a lot of reviews when trying to buy a new phone recently, I finally settled on the D900 on the recommendation of a friend, and I'm glad I did. It's sleek and stylish and packed with many features which I'm still discovering nearly 3 months on. The design itself is very nice, and it's easy to handle. The key pad is nicely spaced out, the only downside being the lip at the bottom of the pad - people with bigger hands may find using the bottom 3 numbers a problem. ...I purchased this phone in November 2006 as part of an online O2 offer which included 500 texts and 500 off peak minutes a month for £25 and of course a free Samsung D900. My previous phone was a D500 so in terms of thickness this was a lot more pleasing for my pocket and less bulky when on the move.
