Very cheap, sturdy, ergonomically magnificent

Could be lethal in the wrong hands

...that woodpeckerish rat-a-tat racket when they cut.) Oh wow, this is the best knife I?ve found in years and all for £20 too. I feel guilty for neglecting my old friends the Sabatiers, but the Japanese Chef is eight inches of pure pleasure. Buy one today! PS If anyone got the impression I?m a knife-wielding nutcase, I?m not. I think you?ll find that most chefs are passionate about their knives...
