Advantages: Ease of movement, warm, Disadvantages: Not for the winter,
...and managed to pick it up for only £50 online. Basically the summer is the wrong time to buy a cheap wetsuit as it is when demand is highest.
::: Conclusion :::
As can be seen above, I managed to get a bit of a bargain, which is possibly why I think it is such a good suit for the money. But I think that even at £100 you would still be impressed. It has all the features of some of the more expensive suits but at the price of a cheap suit. And Gul is a well-known surf brand you know you are gettin a quality product.
::: Thanks for reading:::...
Advantages: Seeing a darker side to the Star Trek universe Disadvantages: Dull prophets
...This third series in the never ending Star Trek saga is set upon a remote space station, policing a region of space that has the one known stable worm hole in the galaxy. Through this worm hole comes plenty of new enemies who dislike the good old Federation amongst them the Founders and their soldiers the violent Jem'Hadar. Throw into the scene a disgruntled Cardassian Gul Dukat(Captain) and Romulans and Klingons both eyeing the space station with envious intentions and the stories seem endless. Unfortunately, the show never captured the greater publics imagination - possibly because it showed the "darker" side to the Federation universe. Also - until the introduction of the U.S.S.Defiant - the cast members were more-or-less stuck on the ststion with a few advetures in under powered run-abouts. This series offered so much and is still my...
Advantages: Lightweight and flexible Disadvantages: None
...As I feel the cold quite often when I'm diving I decided to invest in a cyberskin as I had read good reports about it in various dive magazines. I wasn't keen on buying a semi-dry to take abroad with me as I feel they can be cumbersome. I usually wear a 5mm Gul Steamer but felt I needed some extra insulation.
The cyberskin is 0.5mm thick and extremely light. The material is silky and flexible and feels extremely comfortable. It comes in women's and men's sizes from small through to XXL and is £65. Although it is only 0.5mm thick it is equal in warmth to a 2mm wetsuit and can be used alone for diving in warmer waters. I bought an all in one with a back zipper but it is possible to purchase it as a separate top and bottoms. I had thought that it might be difficult to get my 5mm wetsuit over the top of it but in actual fact it made it...
Advantages: Great Range of products Disadvantages: can be expensive
...O'neill is the brand name for many of the top surfers in England and abroad. There goods are just that little bit "different" perfect if you are looking for the typical water sports wear. There products:- be that clothes IE: T'shirts, wet suits. Or other items such as: shoes, sunglasses etc. What ever it may be they definatly out rule other brand names such as: Nike and Addidas.
O'neill are in the market competing against others firms such as:Gul, Animal, Billabong.
I recently purchased some O'Neill shoes and they have served me well. I'm proud to be wearing them. All the usual water sports shops should stock O'neill goods places such as: FreeSpirt in Meadowhall is a great place to purchase them. However no-where can beat the sea side resorts for shops stocking all the water sports wear - its heaven to be there. You never waht to...
Advantages: Talented, Lots of players to choose from Disadvantages: Lack of consistency and mental strength in big tournaments
...order batsmen that likes to deal in sixes. Should be a lynchpin of the team for years to come.
Umar Gul is a fast-medium bowler that has a growing reputation. He is not exactly express pace but what he lacks in pace, he makes up for with good control of line and length. Ideally Gul will become a model of consistency with coming years.
Mohammad Asif is probably the most talented bowler in Pakistan. He is a fast-medium bowler that has incredible control. He can repeat his action continuously and has the capability of being like a Pakistani Glen McGrath but it is his personal life which causes too many problems. Unfortunately Asif seems to constantly be found either in possession of or possessing in his body system, drugs. If he overcomes his difficulties and the PCB forgives him, he could be incredible.
If this team was fit and firing...

...up, though for what and why he isn't quite sure. In a series of flashbacks we see the death of his parents and Wayne turn his back on his fortune and the corrupt Gotham City to stow away on a ship. He is visited by the mysterious Ducard played by Liam Neeson. Ducard works for the even more mysterious Ras Al Gul and tells Wayne that if he carries a rare flower to the top of the mountain he will find the answers he is looking for. He finds a strange Ninja Sect when he arrives and begins the path that will lead to him becoming Batman...
What is great about Batman Begins? The casting for starters. It was an inspired move to cast British actor Christian Bale as Wayne/Batman. Bale is an excellent actor and adds a bit of gravitas to the centre of the film. He's more than buff enough to fill the Batsuit and does a good job in seperating...

Review of Batman Begins (DVD)
Advantages: Superb acting, writing, direction and cinematography, lush scenery Disadvantages: None, except maybe for those who don't like subtitled films
...Starring:
Gul Kirat Panag as Zeenat
Ayesha Takia as Meera
Shreyas Talpade as Behroopiya
Rushad Rana as Amir
Anirudh Jaykar as Shankar Singh
This 2006 movie was on very late-night television a while back and, having a liking for Indian films and having read that this was a particularly good one, I set it to record to watch at a more convenient time. And when I finally got to sit down and watch it, I was completely blown away by the beauty of this wonderful film. I knew it was meant to be good, but it way surpassed my expectations. Suffice to say that the recording is now a permanent member of my film collection!
The film's title roughly translates to 'the thread' or 'the link', and the plot revolves around the unusual and unexpected links that can suddenly be forged between very different people across differing cultures and geography...

Review of Dor (DVD)
Advantages: Gripping and informative Disadvantages: None that I could find
...This is a book telling the true story of the extended Khan family following the fall of the Taliban in Afghanistan.
The bookseller of the title, is the patriarch of the family, Sultan. He is married with children and lives in a small four roomed apartment with limited and extremely erratic facilities, in Kabul with his extended family including his ageing mother and a nephew.
The whole family is as follows:-
Sultan Khan, Sharifa (his first wife), Sonya (his second), Bibi Gul (his mother), Mansur, Eqbal and Aimal (his sons) Shakila (Sharifa?s daughter), Latifa (Sonya?s baby daughter), Fazil (his nephew), Yunus (his brother) and Bulbula & Leila (his unmarried sisters).
The main focus of the story, as is to be expected from a female writer, is upon the treatment of the Afghan women, including the situation of there now being no need...
Advantages: Captivating picture of another time, another place Disadvantages: -
...followed, I understood both sentiments. These are our first insights into the contradiction that is Afghanistan, the contradiction that lies in the heart of the Afghans themselves.
The Family: Sultan Khan, Sharifa (his first wife), Sonya (his second), Bibi Gul (his mother), Mansur, Eqbal and Aimal (his sons) Shakila (Sharifa’s daughter), Latifa (Sonya’s baby daughter), Yunus (his brother) and Bulbula & Leila (his unmarried sisters).
Home: a four room flat, with limited and erratic utilities.
I came to respect and resent Sultan Khan in equal measure. His fight for his heritage, his attempts to be liberal versus his implacability. His holding to his religion and his refusal to allow a son’s pilgrimage. His love of books and his reluctance to either educate his children or allow his sisters to educate others...

...available all around the tiny villages, which include:Hopton, Kirk Ireton and Carsinton itself.
I camped at a beautiful campsite which is a Caravan club one, that was called The Blackwall Plantation. It has a heated toliet block, dog walk, veg prep, showers, play area and a woodland walk. Not forgetting the lovely veiws over the water espeically at dusk.
Other attractions near by: Alton Towers, Tissington trail - a 25/30mile bike ride - Crich tramway museum, the Peak Rail, Heights of Abreham, Peak district National Park, Matlock and Matlock bath.
The water sports centre also has a shop which sells all your wet-suits, and clothing wear such as: Gul, Animal etc.
There are also many very nice country pubs around one serves fine food which is The Knockerdown....
