The activity gym as shown in the picture is made up of four side panels, each with holes in for the child to climb through. There is a small bright pink slide and a blue floor, which the children can go under or climb on to go down the slide. As we unpacked the activity gym it looked relatively simple to assemble, as it was really just a case of slotting the panels together but don?t be fooled! A great home multi gym

Advantages: Great value for money, plenty of weights
Disadvantages: Takes a while to build, inability to add additional weights

This is a real shame as it is, in my opinion, the best exercise for hamstrings. Looking at the layout of the multi-gym it is clear that there is no way that this problem could be rectified based on this design. ****Quality**** It should be noted that the Weider is not a piece of commercial gym equipment. ....99 a week, payable monthly (so £12) but they only offered this to 75 people - they had 5 spaces left. So I shot down to see them, as they are only in the town centre so only 10 minutes away from my house. I went down to see them, and the basics were pretty much the same - the general gym with its equipment; sauna; steam room (but I can use them whenever), and a separate massge business that you just pay a little bit extra (only pounds more so not too bad) according to what you want to do. I signed up there and then! I had to pay a sign up fee, and the £12 for the first month up front. I then gave them my bank details, in order to pay with ease throughout. A Wheelie bad idea!!!!!! Golds Gym Exercise wheel

Disadvantages: You could quite easily end up in traction!!!!! Awful, disasterous etc etc

...trading in the cross trainer that cost me £400 for this incredible little machine if it does all that, especially since it only costs about a fiver! Should I choose this path however, I would be left extremely disappointed and quite possibly broken. MY EXPERIENCE Well for a fiver I thought I?d buy one and see if it was any good. I tend to do this before I release it on my clients at the gym. I?m glad I did. This piece of equipment is absolutely shocking. Firstly it is THE most boring exercise I have ever done. Backwards, forwards, backwards, forwards. There is very little in the way of variation without the devise becoming seriously dangerous. ...Little Tykes have really gone to town with this kiddies gym! It has 5 different settings designed so that it will grow with the baby which is much better than all the other gyms I've seen in the shops which are just aimed at babies and don' progress yet are the same price as this one. The five settings are: A gym for tiny babies to kick at A gym for babies to play with once they're sitting up A play table suitable for babies who are able to stand up and walk around it A play table with stool for a toddler to sit on A writing table with stool for older toddlers.
