...Bath time is fun time for babies! They love to play with their toys and splash around but there's always that element of worry knowing that your baby is playing in water and that the bath is very slippy so you do need to keep your baby as safe as possible.
The usual bath mats work really well but they are really plain and boring looking and, from what I remember when we ewre younger, they used to go mouldy very quickly especially the white ones!
I saw these Clippasafe mini bath mats and thought they looked so much nicer and decided to give them a go and see if they would work okay for us and if they would be fun for our baby too!

Review of Beyond The Mat (DVD)
Advantages: keeps you fit and healthy Disadvantages: can be painful at times!
...So what is the big deal with gymnastics?! I have been a gymnast since I was 4 years old and it is the best sport I have tried. It keeps you supple and slim as well as being one of the most impressive and graceful sports to watch.
As well as the advantages of keeping you fit and healthy as a child, gymnastics also has been linked to reducing your chances of gaining health problems in later life such as osteoporosis and weight gain.
However, there can be downsides to being a gymnast. I have sustained my fair share of injuries in my career from sprained ankles to my worst being a broken wrist, but I could never give up the sport i love.
As well as the usual 4-piece artisitic gymnastics that you see on the olymics, there are other types of gymnastics. Sports Acrobatics is my favourite, and is more popular with the older gymnast....

...I recently bought a Turtle Mat after a couple of my friends were discussing how great they are for stopping dirt and water from entering your house and making a mess of the floor.
I went in search of Turtle Mats online a few months ago and found a company selling them online, www.flooring.uk.com was the website and they claimed to be 20% cheaper than the RRP, so i went to Turtle Mat to find out if this was true and it was, they even offered Free next day delivery, which was very welcoming looking at the state of my brand new vinyl tile floor in the hallway. As they promised i paid £39.99 including Vat and free delivery which was around 20% cheaper than turtle mats RRP and recieved my mat within 24 hours, so far very impressed.
For the people who are not familiar with turtle mats, they claim to be the best dirt trapper mat...

...Previously called Care Mats, Pampers Change Mats are disposable absorbant waterproof mats with a white soft top and a lilac coloured plasticy underside. The Change Mats are 60 x 60 cm and come in packs of 12. The current cost is £5.99 per pack (checked with both Boots and Tesco).
They are designed mainly to put under your baby when changing napppies but can also be used for putting under a potty when potty training, to protect your furniture when your child is playing or eating, when your child is playing without its clothes and also as a protection for your clothes when burping the baby and for protecting the bed overnight for older babies. There is a warning on the side of the package that says they should not be used for children under 12 months on a soft surface where they are unsupervised such as a cot, bed or playpen...

...If you've ever been into an arcade, you my have seen a dancing game which is usually surrounded by loads of people- as it is fun to watch people either look great or making fools out of themselves on it!
A couple of years back, they brought out this game for playstations, which you can play either using the controller or by buying the dance mat- which of course is the best and most fun option.
The dance mat works just like the controller, but you use your feet rather than your hands. it is lota of fun. In order to use the mat for its specific purpose, you need to but a dancing game such as 'dancing stage euromix' these games contain different dancing sessions to up to date music with different difficulty ratings and also there are workouts you can do to burn off those calories.
The dance mats are made out of a rubber...

Review of Venom Dance Mat
Advantages: Easy to follow, simplistic Disadvantages: No storyline, a lack of cinematic techniques
...When i was about eight years old i used to be an avid wrestling fan, but i stopped watchin it at about 12 years old. Lately ive been getting back into it and have become very involved again and this led me to read the biography of Mick Foley and in his book he metions the film Beyond The Mat. It was this metion that made me want ot go and buy the film, so when i finally found a copy of it i bought it.
When i started to watch the film I thought that it wouldn't be able to surprise me with it's contents but to my surprise it was a fairly in depth look at the wrestling industry from the viewpoint of a lifetime fan of the sport, Barry Blaustein.
The film opens with Barry sitting in front of a TV with wrestling showing on it and him describing his love for the sport. Then it dives into the details of the corporation known as the WWF...
...I brought this activity mat for my daughter when she was 6 months old off a friend who had two bought for her daughter for Christmas. She recommended it as she has two boys aswell and cannot always be in the same place all the time with her daughter. It has been a god send to us as when baby rolls off the mat it calls "Where's baby hiding?" which signals that baby is no longer playing on the mat and could be up to all sorts of mischeif!
At first my daughter was content playing with the birds in the centre of the activity mat. You pull them down and they sing "there are three birdies in a tree" etc etc which is a very catchy tune and my daughter loves listening to it time and time again.
Then there is the Ladybird on one end. You turn it around and it counts to 6 and sings another tune "counting's one of our favourite tricks 1...
...My son is dry throughout the day, and is virtually dry all the way through the night, but we still have the odd ?accident?.
He?s coming up to five and has decided that the pyjama pants or ?nappy knickers? as he calls them, are too babyish for him and now refuses to wear them.
So looking around for a solution to the odd night-time accident led me to Pampers Bed Mats.
Pampers have two similar sorts of products here ? Change Mats and Bed Mats. The main difference is the size ? the Change Mats are small enough to be put in your bag (square 60cm x 60cm) and carried around for baby changes. The Bed Mats are that much larger and have ?bed wings? to allow you to secure the mat on the bed. These were what we were after.
The reason we opted for this type of product was that I didn?t particularly want to use a rubber mattress protector...

Review of Pampers Care Mats
...The main difference between this mouse mat and others, is that this Is built for optical mouse’s.
Of course this will still work with other normal roller mouse’s too, but it will work best with optical mouse’s and was built for them because some mouse mats don’t work so well with optical mouse’s.
Most mouse mats are made out of some kind of material, however this one isn’t, actually its made out of plastic and not cheap flimsy plastic either, this is made out of quite hard plastic and its surface is quite bumpy too. This makes it pick up the light sensors easily and give your mouse a much more accurate direction.
On the bottom of this mouse mat, is rubber, this makes it stick to the table and so not roll all over the place as some cheaper mats do when you use them.
The shape of these is great...
