The activity gym as shown in the picture is made up of four side panels, each with holes in for the child to climb through. There is a small bright pink slide and a blue floor, which the children can go under or climb on to go down the slide. As we unpacked the activity gym it looked relatively simple to assemble, as it was really just a case of slotting the panels together but don?t be fooled! A great home multi gym

Advantages: Great value for money, plenty of weights

Initially, I only participated in cardio vascular exercise and made full use of the rowing machine, treadmills and exercise bikes. The gym I was a member of was primarily a body building gym, which is to be expected since it is owned by a competitive body builder. ...I understand that I have written a very similar review to this one that is actually on working out, however I would just like to now write a review on choosing a gym - as you can, in fact work out anywhere (well, within reason as I doubt the manager at Tesco would be best pleased somehow!). I have just changed gyms, I used to go to one that was on the outskirts of Plymouth (it was on the same site as the hospital that I worked in). This one I paid £27 a month for all in, so this was unlimited use of the actual gym in itself; the sauna or steam room (it was a case of either/ or for a week and then change but I never used them), and the classes that were on offer. You also got your own programme included should you wish, which I did as I had never been to a gym before. Just to mention, the £27 a month was a special rate for NHS staff...

What a great gym!!

Advantages: Fun, entertaining, lasts years

...Little Tykes have really gone to town with this kiddies gym! It has 5 different settings designed so that it will grow with the baby which is much better than all the other gyms I've seen in the shops which are just aimed at babies and don' progress yet are the same price as this one. The five settings are: A gym for tiny babies to kick at A gym for babies to play with once they're sitting up A play table suitable for babies who are able to stand up and walk around it A play table with stool for a toddler to sit on A writing table with stool for older toddlers. It sounds like it might be complicated to swap from one setting to another but it's not at all! Rainforest Playmat/Gym - brilliant buy

...also say to buy a pack of battries from them to go with the play mat (Energizer Ultra+ C Batteries - 2 Pack), we bought these & when we got the item home & wanted to set it up we discovered that it actually needed 3 battries so we did not have enough (It dies say in small writing it needs three but we missed that part) I think this play gym is one of the best we looked at and im very pleased we decided to purchase it, im also hoping that due to the size it should last quite a while. If you are looking for a playmat I would def recommend this one. This is a brilliant playmat, well worth looking at if you are thinking of buying one...

Little tykes junior activity gym

Advantages: Hours of fun for the kids
Disadvantages: Have to take it apart to fully clean it

When it was cold or rainy they had nothing to play on indoors so i bought them the activity gym they were absolutly chuffed to bits with it they could play with this toy indoors or out,so in the winter they had it indoors and in the summer the little ones played on it out doors as a climbing frame.
