I found a bargain with this one,for just £9.95 i have a stylish 1.7 litre capacity kettle. It has three level boil dry cut out safety feature,in the event of the kettle being empty when switched on. It comes with a full 12 months guarantee.Haden will repair or give you a replacement. I don't need to fill it up completely,i can just boil enough for my needs. Very useful if making just one cup of tea. I like the easy pour shaped spout,there's no dribble or drips. It doesn't have a filter, but that's not a problem if it's rinsed out and descaled regulary. ...Haden corded jug kettle. The builders, bless their cotton socks broke my kettle and they replaced it with this Haden corded kettle I am not ever so happy about it but at least they replaced my kettle without being asked. This white auto jug kettle cost about £18. The guarantee is for 12 months. A plug is already fitted to the lead. I find the cord/lead a little short .I am sorry I can find no info on the length and I can not find a measuring tool its about 30 cm long I guestimate . This kettle is a tall jug with a water level gauge on the side. I find this useful. It will boil 1.7 litres of water. The on off switch is located on the handle of the kettle. This is pushed down to start the kettle top boil and when the kettle boils it automatically switches off. My husband thinks it takes a long time to boil. The spout is fine... Read review

...When my old faithfull toaster finally went to toaster heaven I bought the Morphy Richards coolstyle toaster mainley due to the jazzy colours - they come in a bright blue, yellow and lime green. I only had it for 3 months and bang! - No more toast for me! In the 3 months that I was a proud owner of a lime green toaster it really did do good toast ie not over cooked and at an incredible speed. it is a reasonable priced toaster but not that reasonable priced for the three months i had it! I settled on a boring replacement ie not a jazzy colour! dont be taken in by looks! Get a toaster that really lasts.... Read review

...We have had our Haden kettle now for about 19 months. That is easy to recall as its only about a month older than our baby LOL Haden make a range of budget kitchen gadget type appliances and seem to be able to keep in business, so obviously they are not too dodgy even though not the most expensive on the market! That was our reasoning anyway :)And sorry for the truly dreadful pun in the title!!!!! (Blush!) Our particular kettle is white with a greenish water indicator window. There is a red light on the on button near the base of the jug, which lights up to let you know it has been switched on. The cordless kettle sits nicely on its short corded base plate. ...The Morphy Richards 44420 chrome toaster is small but very stylish. I purchased this toaster a few years ago and still occasionally use it. The design of the toaster is very eye catching and is obviously the first thing anyone would notice. It's a polished steel chrome toaster and would definitely fit perfectly in any kitchen. ...I have been informed from friends and reviews on the Internet that Dualit toasters are the best toasters you can buy. Why? Because they have been making toasters since 1946, and apparently just because its expensive it is good. Also they are British, support the economy and all that. The toaster cost me £130 from Frasers in Glasgow. Style: The toaster itself is extremely aesthetically pleasing; it is highly polished stainless steel (which was perfect as all appliances in my kitchen are silver/chrome) with a crumb tray at bottom. ...There didn't seem to be much wrong with my old toaster... it did the job... well, to a fashion - it turned bread into toast (ok, so it was always dark at the edges and pale in the middle, but it was toast). There didn't seem to be any reason to change my old toaster, until a Tradex leaflet popped through the door promoting their special offers - included amongst these was the Morphy Richards Europa toaster at only £14.99 - seemed like a good price and worth a look. ...Having wanted a Dualit toaster for a while, i finally decided to ignore the comparitively high price and treat myself to the 20245 for 115 pounds. I eagerly anticipated my first slice of toast. When i did use the toaster i was not made to regret my choice of toaster. The Dualit is simple to use and thankfully does not include browning controls but simply relies on the user to determine their selected toast brownness which in my opinion is how it should be. I was impressed with the resulting toast which was not dry and evenly toasted across the entire slice and on both sides. Aswell as being very impressed with this toasters technical and cooking perfomance i also enjoy its asthetic qualities. The chrome body of the Dualit looks classy and not too vulgre.
