VO5 gel spray. SPRAY and your hair is stuck.
Review of Alberto Vo5 Gel Spray by
Cheesychip1
Advantages: Easy to use. No wierd smells
Disadvantages: Can accidently be sprayed in eyes.
...VO5 gel spray
VO5 famous for its great hair products that do "exactly what the say on the tin" Well with this hair gel its definatly living up to the lables high standards. Availible in most good supermarkets, i got mine from boots. And im please i did. I am a male and i like to create a unique style every morning before i go out. And this spray gel makes it so easy.
Before i used a cheap gel out of a tube. Thick gloopy stuff that didnt style my hair more like drown it. But with this easy to use spray I just style and spray. Its that simple. POWER is what it says and i cant disagree.
How long does it last? Well I have used this gel before i have played football and after 90 mins its still in good shape, Dispite the mud on my face the hair was still looking good.
Easy to use. Its a spray so just spray it on and walk...

Hair spray in disguise
Review of Charles Worthington Results Blow Drying Spray by
kwhyte
Advantages: Works well as hairspray.
Disadvantages: Doesn't do what it's suppost to & smells icky!
...I’m constantly looking for things to liven up my dull, flat hair. When Boots were doing the 3 for 2 on Charles Worthington products I thought it was the ideal time to stock up on hair gear. As I blow-dry my hair every day I thought that this would be ideal to give it a bit of life.
Like the rest of the products in the Results range of Charles Worthington products, the blow dry spray promises to drastically change hair. This particular product will give your hair lift, hold, shine and more body. But does it work?
I went for the whole hog- used the shampoo then conditioner from the same range. I towel dried my hair and then sprayed about four sprays onto my hair before blow-drying it. The actual stuff was quite watery and clear. I sprayed some onto my hands and ran it through my hair to ensure that all of it was equally covered...

Flat Iron spray for flat hair?
Review of Lee Stafford Hair Styling Products by
natzdance
Advantages: Hair protection & smells good
Disadvantages: a little greasy
...So we have all been there. Sitting in the Hairdresser claiming that we use "x" conditioner and of course once a week that deep conditioner. Then we let slip that we use our straightners every day, and you get the look from the hairdresser - you know the one - and the comment "I'm sure you use a protection spray though".... yes of course. But we are lying!
So after purchasing my ew GHD's (the best invention in the world ever!) I decided ok so I should get a protection spray and make an honest women out of me. To my horror the GHD iron oil costs about £11 a bottle! - sorry but I love my hair but my bank doesn't love it that much!
Thats when I came across Lee Stafford range. My 1st purchase was the flat iron spray. The smell does kind of hit you in the face a bit - as in it is seriously sweet smelling and 1st thing in the morning...

SEA SPRAY FOR MERMAID HAIR
Review of GHD Sea Spray by
coolcam7
Advantages: non sticky, enhances curls, hair stays soft, good hold
Disadvantages: boring packaging, not a very exciting smell
...When it comes to beauty products, make-up, hair care and the like I am a somewhat fickle individual. I have cupboards full of things I’ve used once or twice but I always seem to find an excuse to buy more. I’m sure when I go shopping for such items the sensible part of my brain just shuts down and I become an advertisers dream, seduced by rows of eye-catching packaging for things I don’t just want but obviously really really need.
I bought GHD Sea Spray hairspray at the hairdressers; I find I become especially vulnerable at the hairdressers. It’s bad enough in Boots where I can just pick and choose what I want to buy but in the hairdressers where a plastic pumped, collagen filled botox beauty is persuading me that I simply cannot live without said product, I find it all too easy to give in. I’m sure I am not the only one who just...

a good spray
Review of Silvikrin Active Care Hair Spray Natural Hold by
danniell
Advantages: good spray
Disadvantages: not strong enough for me
...This is one of the many hair sprays i have tried in my efforts to get my hair to stay curly all day long.
It only cost me £1.39 for a can of this hair spray and it is quite a large can, too big for the average hand bag.
You press down the top of the can with your finger to make it spray, it doesnt always come out very even so you will have patches of hair with more hair spray than others.
This spray doesnt set hard like i prefer my hair spray to, it leaves your hair slightly stiffer and your style wont fall out untill you brush your hair but on a windy day it will still blow your hair all over the place.
This spray is ideal if you just want a gentle hold that you can brush out as it brushes out very easily and doesnt seem to leave white bits behind but it just isnt strong enough to do the job for me and it smells very strong...

Immac spray on mousse
Review of Immac Hair Removal Spray On Mousse by
kuraikitty
Advantages: Easy application
Disadvantages: Messy, doesn't remove all hair
...I've tried using Immac removal cream before, which I found to be quite effective for removing the hair on my legs, but the smell of the cream, and the mess made when smearing the cream onto my legs was a bit of a hassle!
I bought the Immac (soon to be known as Veet) mousse spray after I saw it advertised on TV. It's simple to use, just spray on, wait a few minutes, and then rinse off using the small sponge provided. This sounded much simpler than using the cream, so I thought I'd give it a go.
I bought the mousse from Boots for £4.25, the introductory special offer.
First of all, you need to do a patch test 48 hours for any skin reactions. Since I didn't have sensitive skin, my skin didn't react to the product, and for the small area of skin that I did test, it removed all of the hair.
Although the smell wasn't too...

I Will Only Spray This Once
Review of Silvikrin Flexible Hair Spray Maximum Hold by
madamejojo
Advantages: Good value,
Disadvantages: None
...I only have short hair, but the style I keep does require hairspray to hold it and there are only two brands that I use that I find actually hold your hair (and are quite easily avaliable) without it looking like you've glued your style in place. These are VO5 and SILVIKRIN.
This op is about the SILVIKRIN brand. MAXIMUM HOLD.
I bought mine on a BOGOF offer at Superdrug. I paid £1.79 for two 300ml tins. I thought this was a great offer as I am only halfway through the first tin and I bought it just over a month ago, and I use it everyday.
I find I only need a short squirt all over to hold all day.
THE PACKAGING
xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The tin itself is of a green colour with a push down lid to disperse the spray.
It has SILVIKRIN written in dark green on the front with various other information on the back, including a list...

TIGI Protein Protective Hair Spray
Review of TIGI Protein Protective Spray by
mailboxmoney
Advantages: Conditions, protects hair from build up and damage, gives a shine and helps manage my hair
Disadvantages: None really
...This is really a great product It's like aleave on conditioner, hair spritzer or spray and protector in one. When you use it for a few weeks you start noticing the difference in your hair. It stops some of the damage pollution and everyday dirt does to your hair and conditions it with the protein making your hair shine more and have less split ends. In fact when you first use it it makes your hair more manageable and helps hold the style so that it can fall into place. I use this product on and off and I lead a busy lifestyle living in the city It helps protect my hair and lasts through the day At first I used this conditioning spray a few times a day but after a few weeks I found I only needed to use it once or twice a day. I also use it when I'm in the sun to protect my hair from getting damaged by the heat and rays....

No more hair
Review of Skin Doctors Hair No More Inhibitor Spray by
Amanda2114
Advantages: Safe, soothing, easy to use, moisturising, and natural.
Disadvantages: Can take a while to see results
...I tried Hair No more inhibitor spray from http://www.salonlines.co.uk when I grew sick of shaving every other day and ending up with smooth but dry and sensitive skin.
What is Hair No More?
Hair No more inhibitor spray has been scientlfically developed to get into the pores of your skin and saturate the hair bulb. The liquid staes the hair at the root and prevents hair celss from germinating to slow down regrowth.
It works great as a moisturiser to sooth the skin after hair removal and I found with continued use it does soften, reduce and really slow down the regrowth of hair.
I found that Hair No More is safe, soothing, easy to use, moisturising, and natural.
You are able to use this on your chest, back, shoulders, abdomen, arms, underarms, legs, feet and toes.
I use Hair No More on my underarms and legs and have...

How wella is your hair?
Review of Silvikrin Active Care Hair Spray Firm Hold by
Louise90
Advantages: Nice aroma. Holds the hair really well.
Disadvantages: The nozzle is a little awkward. My hair always needs washing afterwards.
...My hair can be such a pain in the bum sometimes. It's so fine and fly-away, it's almost unmanageable at times! This is why I need a pretty strong hairspray. The last one I tried was Tesco's own brand, but that didn't work for me at all. Half of it ended up being thrown away!
But, this time I opted for 'Wella Silvikrin Hairspray'. I paid £1.68 for a 300 ml cannister. The cannister is dark green in colour with a silver band across the middle. The Wella Silvikrin name is on one side. On the other side you will find all the information you need to know about this hairspray. Also, there are the ingredients, contact details, and any cautions you need to know about. There isn't a lid as such. There is a nozzle which you spray sraight from. On the 'front' there is a kind of kite thing which is flying through the breeze...
