A very Good book on the Paranormal

Advantages: Lots of useful information
Disadvantages: I wish it had been longer

...I was given this book as a present by a good friend at Christmas and it is a lovely book all about the paranormal. It is in hardback and has 150 pages and I think it will cost about £10 to buy it. The author is Brian Haughton and he is an expert on folklore and the supernatural. The book is very easy to read and I will treasure it as I know I will go back to it time and time again to refer...

A book with a sprinkling of 'magic'

Advantages: A nice read with just just a sprinkling of magic
Disadvantages: Depressing to start with

...forgettable in my opinion. A Magic Book

Advantages: Good story, well written characters
Disadvantages: Magical element seems a tad childish

...I do love my chick lit as most of you can probably tell from the sorts of books that I review on here, but I do like it to have a certain authenticity about it.
