Hama Tripod - cheap and cheerful!

Advantages: Affordable, simple construction, compact.
Disadvantages: Basic, not very versatile, not well made.

...I had never considered buying a tripod for a digital cameras before but I received the Hama Digi-Pid Tripod Compact 1 as a gift earlier this year. The tripod is, as the name suggests, compact. It fits nicely in my travel bag and there isn't really a great deal to the tripod, although it is very sturdy. Available for just £3-£5 online it isn't a specialist piece of kit but it serves a purpose...
