Decent hand cream but is it worth the large price tag?

Advantages: The scent is great, a nice thick texture which is easily absorbed and hands are truly moisturised.
Disadvantages: The price tag, it really lets it down.

...I seem to go through quite a bit of handcream due to the fact that the handwash in our toilets at work seems to really dry my hands out, and I can't stand the way they feel after I have washed them at work! After being recently very disappointed with the Asda's own handcream I was keeping an eye out for a different handcream to buy. I was in the Body Shop as I had some vouchers to use and there was a sale on, whilst I was in the queue I noticed this handcream and made a grab for it just before I was served. This was my first mistake, little did I know this 100ml tube of hand & nail cream was going to come to £7.80! It was my own fault for not checking the price of course, but I just could not believe they are charging £7.80 for a handcream. A Little Helping Hand

Advantages: Cheap, instant soothing for dry hands, absorbs well, leaves hand soft.
Disadvantages: Having to constantly reapply, slightly greasy, not the best fragrance.

Now the product I have is not in the same packaging as the one described in the picture above, I think this may be done to the fact that I have had this hand cream in my box for some time and Avon has since redesigned the packaging. I will review the product based on the one I have at home as I believe that it is the same. Mine is a 75ml plastic tub with a see through bottom and a cream screw top lid with the label on it. ...No. 7 Enriched Hand and Nail Treatment I got this as a Christmas with a bundle of other Boots goodies. As it came in a red little zip bag, I don't how much the Hand and Cream costs. In the bag, I got Nail Varnish, Eyeshadow, Mascara and the Enriched Hand and Nail Treatment all from the No. 17 range. I was told that this had cost about £10 in total. You can buy the No. 7 Enriched Hand and Nail Treatment in the shop but only the 100ml tube. I've never seen the 30ml tube for sale before as I just think it's for the gift bags only. I haven't found it in the online store at www.boots.com and as I haven't seen it recently around in Boots (although mine is a small Boots), the best bet is to go into the shop and if you can't find it, ask someone.
