I only like West London of these, but there are loads of custom maps, created by other players, which auto-download when you load a game with that map. Wizzing across the floors

Review of Wizz Laminate Wood Floor Cleaner

Floored

Advantages: easy to wipe clean, better for asthmatic children and more hygienic than carpet
Disadvantages: shows dirt quicker than carpet and can be noisier

...My friend has recently installed a new laminate floor. He did all the work himself, it only took him two days and was a third of the cost of a carpet. I thought of many reasons for him not to do it:- 1. The room would seem colder 2. It would scratch easily as they have 3 kids and a dog 3. It would start to lift if anything was spilled 4. karndean, the alternative laminate flooring

Advantages: durable, practical and versatile
Disadvantages: quite expensive

With it being a form of vinyl I have also found it is very much warmer than other products such as laminate. It is suitable for any room including bathrooms and conservatories and it is hygienic as it will not hold dirt and bacteria. We have found that this brand is also durable it has not chipped, splintered or cracked and extremely hard wearing, other products such as wood or laminate(which I have had in the past) can be very noisy whereas Karndean is quiet underfoot and with a 1year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier in the house this is a great advantage. Clean Floors at a Price

...with not much effort on my part at all. Where the wipes didn?t do any better in comparison, however, was in the area they covered. Like every lot of wipes I?ve tried, I hardly got to do any of the floor before they?d run out of moisture and completely lost their effectiveness. In fact, I used five wipes to clean a 12? by 13? room, which works out at £1 worth of wipes. And when you consider I have five rooms to do, that?s £5 to be spent every week just on cleaning my floors! If I wanted to spend that much, I would employ a cleaner for an hour. In summary then, the wipes smell good, remove stains without effort and are very easy to use. However, they cover so little floor area that they are prohibitively expensive for regular usage. Roomba - best on hard floors

Disadvantages: Limited cleaning power with deeper pile carpets.

...I found myself without a vacuum cleaner and saw this one on offer for £79.99 +VAT at Makro. Not being fond of housework, I bought it. Downstairs, I have wood and tiled floors and the robot works a treat on these. They can be cleaned everyday without any effort which is great. It has a spot clean mode function so if it finds a bit of 'dirty' floor, it will focus on this area for longer than usual. I was worried about how well it would cope on my carpets upstairs, especially as I had spilled lots of little bits of paper from my shredder. I had short pile carpets and the vacuum managed fine - better than I expected - although it didn't clean the edges very well. I recently bought a deeper pile carpet for my bedroom and let the robot loose on this. It cleaned the carpet reasonably well but I could see 'little bits' on the carpet...

soft guard - hard floor

Advantages: easy to assemble; light weight and fold up
Disadvantages: more dangerous than a tumble out of bed

.... Luckily he wasn?t badly hurt but with the mattress and long metal rods flying up on top of him it could have been very nasty. Although as a normal toddler he wants to climb and jump on everything I would like to stress that at this point he wasn?t doing anything more adventurous than kneeling on the bed leaning on the bed guard. Needless to say we took the guard off his bed and made do with a folded up quilt on the floor by his bed. Despite being upside down, downside up and virtually standing on his head in his sleep he hasn?t actually fallen out of bed so we aren?t using a guard at all. I did write to Tomy about the incident and they said they hadn?t had any other complaints about this product. However, as the mission of most toddlers is to jump, shake and climb on anything new I can?t believe that this has only happened to my son...
