...Harman/Kardon seem to be taking the multimedia market seriously by releasing a speaker set that wouldn't look out of place in a modern living room/study. With a design that is a welcome change from drab beige boxes, you are sure to attract admiring glances from your friends. These speakers really do look the part with their slim stands, contoured driver enclosures and the imposing black-grey finish. The subwoofer is a neat round cylinder that can be situated on your desk without too much bother. The setup of these speakers is very easy. Every plug is colour-coded to the corrosponding input on your sound card, and the speaker plugs are even shaped so there it's impossible to connect them the wrong way round. The speakers themselves tend to slide around on smooth desks, but its nothing a small blob of Blu-Tac wouldn't fix... So far so... Read review

...Where to start? Good question, I’ve never reviewed a book before and let me tell you, it’s a daunting prospect. After having read many book op’s I decided to give it a go myself and now that CIAO have finally added Andrew Harman to their list of authors I have somewhere to start. (Not that I only read Andrew Harman it’s just that I’m currently reading through some of his stuff so it is fresh in my mind) Now, as I said before I’ve been reading other book op’s and this has scared me. Most of them read like professional reviews (gulp!) and I just thought I’d better warn you: I know nothing about ‘literature’, I’ve not read loads, I don’t know all the proper terminology. Advantages: Fantastic art style combined with one of the most intensifying games on the Gamecube.
Disadvantages: Linear running system may make some people think the game is restrictive.

...Killer 7 is a sort of survival horror/ shoot 'em up game of the highest quality. The game follows the adventures of Harman Smith, a 65 year old man with Schizophrenia. What makes Harman special is that he is an Assasin who goes by the nickname of the "God Killer" even though he is confined to a wheelchair and is looked after by a similarly Schizophrenic nurse. What makes Harman such a good Assasin is his personalities. By some unknown force they have been separated form him, although he can only interact with one of them; Garcian Smith. The game involves trying to get to the bottom of a plot by a psycopath called Kun Lan controlling one of Harman's 7 personalities, each with different abilities. ...Having owned a Harman Kardon DVD22 since June 2005 I think that I am well placed to write a review on the unit; but before I talk about the DVD22 I feel that I must give a little background and therefore must go back 1 year, when I had the DVD21 (by the same company). I bought the DVD21 as an ex-demo model in-store for £150.00, within 6 months I had returned the unit as it was making excessive noise when playing disks, the shop that I purchased from took the unit back and it went away for repair, when I received the unit back, the only thing that was left of the unit I purchased was the case, all the innards had been replaced, essentially it was an old case with a brand new interior. That unit lasted another 6 months before going wrong, this time the company swapped it out for the newer DVD22 (although I had to pay another £100). So... Read review
