...Air Force 1 is the 1997 film starring Harrison Ford and directed by Wolfgang Peterson which takes place mainly on the President of the United States' jet plane, named Air Force 1. It is a well filmed, praised film which pits an on form Harrison Ford against terrorists. It received 2 Oscar nominations and is another tick in the plus column of Ford's films. President James Marshall (Ford) is an ex-soldier. When Air Force 1 is hijacked with him on it, he reverts back into soldier mode to try and save everyone on the plane, including his family. The film has a very basic plot, but is filmed with high intensity to give maximum impact. Peterson does well in controlling this film and not letting it become too cheesy. ...I arrived at Hendy Ford in Cosham and I must admit, parking was not the easiest. However once I found a space I was so glad I came here! I was greeted by David Beckhurst, who was extremely polite and asked if I required any help, I told him that I was just looking. He said that if I needed anything, he would be happy to help me. I was looking at the Ford Focus, and was having a little trouble with the seating position. David spotted me from across the showroom and came to help me.
