...The N64 limitations meant Midway were never going to come close to producing a perfect port of the arcade checkpoint racer, Cruis'n USA, but to rub asphalt into the wounds, the title would be censored by Nintendo (at the least animals were removed), whilst bloody fighting games Mortal Kombat Trilogy and Killer Instinct Gold avoided being butchered... Speaking of which, the frame rate gets rather choppy when driving through detailed surroundings, such as downtown San Francisco - this is also the section where the external views can be blocked, albeit partially and briefly, by cars behind. There are direction signs in Cruis'n USA but nothing to tell how tight an upcoming turn is - there is a radar for CPU presence, but no map present so you never know until too late, and traffic is sure to come blind as well. The analog stick works well...

Advantages: Helps guide you around other countries. Easy to install

...TomTom Map of the USA and Canada Maps TomTom Maps are a 2gb SD card with route maps stored on them that are made to work with the TomTom satellite navigation system. They originally come with UK/Europe maps so these are a brilliant upgrade if you are considering taking your car abroad or hiring a car and driving over there. These are a lot easier than using a standard map when you are visiting another country and make getting around easy. We have just bought one of these as we are planning a trip to the USA and decided one of these would be useful. I have never been abroad so certainly wont know my way around. Treat yourself and upgrade your memory. The original OS was WIN98. I upgrade my Protégé 3110CT to run Window XP pro. If you do upgrade then make sure you have the latest drivers for the external CD-ROM and remove the extra memory before the upgrade. As I remember, at some point it failed because it couldn't address the extra memory. With XP loaded reinstall the extra memory and the system will discover it. ...This tiny little hair dryer is the best hair dryer I've used in ages. It's very small and doesn't hurt your arm whislt drying your hair and my god it's powerful!! It's very handy and is the perfect size to fit in a medium sized handbag and doesn't take much space if you are travelling or staying at a friends house. It is light and doesn't really need any effort in moving around your head. I've had my Remington CT1600 for about 4 years now and it's only started showing problems, the only problem t tends to show is if I use the hair dryer for an immense period of time, once turned off, it takes time for it to turn back on again for it has reheated, but as i said, this problem has only occured recently. Gibson L-5 CT

Advantages: Slightly thinner and easier to play than L-5 CES, better tone quality than L-5 CES
Disadvantages: None specifically with the instrument. Much rarer and difficult to obtain than Gibson L-5 CES

...After a lengthy quest to locate a new or used one, I finally found and purchased a 2007 model in Nov. 2007. The fit and finish are magnificent, the neck length and nut width are perfect for my hand so it almost plays effortlessly for me. What has really impressed me is the tone quality (both unplugged and amplified)...this box has a very mellow sound with great overtones...it sings! As an owner of an L-5 CES, L-5 Signature and Gibson Byrdland, this guitar is by far my favorite and by far has the best tone (for all venues) of all of them. Somewhat rare and difficult to find, well worth the effort if you want a great guitar! IMHO Gibson's finest! My L-5 CT has the Vintage Sunburst finish, which upon arrival is flawless. I used Windows XP Home on mine. From the moment I turned it on I have loved this little machine. It has great features. I have found it to have just the adequate speed for portable computing needs. I do still find the need to have a main fast desktop computer at home. This in my case is because I do a lot of work in HTML and Flash.
