Disadvantages: They are still an agency which can sometimes make errors

...and again that I would be paid but the dates given to me would not for fill what they said and I was still unpaid. Eventually I did receive the payment and was quite happy with the service and response from my consultant at the office. Though compared with other agencies I?d rate this fairly high for pay because I have been with many agencies who have much more trouble with the payroll. The only one bad thing I find here is that although the rates are good the holiday pay recruitment agencies have to pay now being a percentage of your rate is actually included in the rate here. Where as other agencies add this on to the final wage multiplying it by the hours you worked so this is a small downfall for Hays. Amount of Work Available ~ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Well obviously there?s always work available as the range of jobs...

Raking in the hay.

Advantages: A good hay rake strong
Disadvantages: none

...I have used these wooden hay rakes on conservation work parties. These care really good substantial rakes. Unless you have a huge garden I doubt you wopuld need one these are more suitable for fields and paddocks. We use these on conservation clearance tasks to rake up grass after it has been cut in the autumn. These wooden hay rakes are in fact quite beautiful in a way. They are a traditional style. Looks like a rake my great grandfathers would have used gathering the hay. . This rake has a very wide head and a long reach. This Faithful rake has a 6 foot shaft. The width of the head of the rake is 29 in it has 16 dowel teeth There are 2 iron stays which help give the rake stability and strength. I have been able to use this rake both on flat meadow and under trees. This hay rake should last a long time it is well made...

They follow the lorry onto a racetrack and eventually crash into the lorry. The chief constable arrives and although the squire is shown to be the crook, Dudfoot, Albert and Harbottle are not forgiven for knocking out the chief constable and have to run off to escape being arrested. Opinions: ****** Will hay sometime used the theme in his films involving spooky goings tied in with sneaky crooks. Just as the villains in oh, Mr. Porter! Exploited the local legend of 1 eyed Joe (I have previously reviewed this) to keep people away, so the smugglers here play on the myth...

Advantages: Very Funny

Hay There!

Advantages: A great pub serving a good range of drinks.
Disadvantages: A bus ride away from me.

...I thought you may be interested in reading about a pub not far from Chesterfield (my home town in Derbyshire) that has really been making an effort to provide a nice drinking environment with a great choice of drinks. The Licensees: There were double celebrations at The Hay in Shirland at the end of July this year. Not only were Janey and Malcolm Mackenzie celebrating their first anniversary as licensees of the pub, they were also recipients of the first Chesterfield & District CAMRA?s Annual Award for their Special Contribution to Branch Campaigning. Janey and Malcolm looked really happy to be receiving our award and the regulars looked on with approval (even if they were slightly bemused by our presence ~ I think they were expecting the musical act to begin!). Bringing in more hay, bringing in the hay

...Play Mobil 4496 tractor and hay trailer. Come play on the farm with me, ok it's only a farm play scene I have set up its harvest time isn't it. Play Mobil make a great red tractor and green hay trailer. There are 4 bales of plastic hay to load into the trailer .There is a farm worker with a red safety hard hat, he can drive the trailer or use the plastic pitchfork provided. One side or the green trailer can be flipped down so he can load/unload the hay bales easily. There is a scoop at the front of the tractor which can be raised and lowered. Play mobile toys are a good size the farmer 2.4 inches tall fits a Childs hand perfectly. The tractor, I did not measure it but it's a chunky tractor easy to push. Plenty of play value with this toy. Practicing those motor skills, developing imagination, learning a little about...

...I am now a real fan of Donna Hay's book and when I saw this one in a charity shop for the bargain price of 50 pence, I decided I would grab it and have a go. I have loved the 2 previous Donna Hay books I have read so I expected that I would like this one too, and luckily for me, Hay did not disappoint, with her realistic and fun story-telling style! A quick bit about the author for those of you who haven't heard of her, and I am sure there are a few of you! Donna Hay is the author of 7 books, and Some Kind Of Hero is her 4th book. She has won critical acclaim for most of her novels, and her debut novel called Waiting In The Wings won the Romantic Novelists Association's New Writer of the Year award. Ok, now back to this novel. Some Kind of Hero follows the lives of 2 people living in the same town, and living very similar lives...

Hay On Wye Its where you look to find the best.

Advantages: Peace and quiet but not far from excitement
Disadvantages: Can be quiet in the Winter months

...Being a local person to this area of the country I feel that I could be the one to give an opinion on this town and many others close by if you are considering visiting. It is true that Hay on Wye is the town of Books. Situated on the River Wye it prides itself with book shops catering for the young and old, the intellect and the novice. If you feel overwhelmed with the books shops (and believe me there are many) then there are a few antique shops scattered throughout the town offering many bargains of history. There is a local Co-op and Spar which cater for all your groceries should you decide to camp or caravan in one of many sites around Hay itself. Advantages: Found Work Quickly
Disadvantages: Slow in paying salary into bank

...I registered with Hays in Covent Garden (off the Strand) and within two days was employed in an organisation i had worked in previously. I found the Person who registered me very efficient and polite and aquired a position that i am reasonable happy with. The downside to this is that for the first 3/4 weeks i was issued with a cheque instead of direct bank payment resulting in me being two weeks behind every week, this was despite sending 'four' bacs forms to their payroll department (one at registration, one the next week and two by fax) the payroll department however were always polite and did their best. My only other gripe is the fact that the holiday pay is not accumulated to be collected after the first 13 weeks but included in the hourly rate, this in effect gives the impression that the hourly rate is more than it really...
