...I've now had my Rover 25 for over a year, and not had a single problem from it (other than those imposed by the local vandals - but that's not to do with the car!). Having bought it off my stepdad-in-law, I also know that he has had not problems with it - so thats 3.5 years of hassle free motoring. In terms of ride etc, it's pretty good - nice tight steering, firm suspension and enough poke to get around in. I made the step up from my 1.2 Punto and the difference is astonishing - its comfortable doing over the legal limit on the motorway and exciting to drive around the country lanes of Cheshire + Lancashire. Built more solidly than alot of it's rivals, it also offers enough room for a small family - you can get 2 adults in the back, providing they are not giants, but I wouldn't want to do more than a 2 hour drive or so...

HD pictures without monthly subsrciptions

Advantages: Excellent picture quality, intuitive epg, easy setup

...I purchased this box initially for the Euro 2008 Matches which were shown on ITV HD as well as BBC HD. Upon opening the box, the first thing I noticed was how small the foxsat is. To give an idea I'd say it's 3/4 the size of a standard Sky digibox. The unit itself is supplied with the remote control, batteries, scart cable, component cable, and a reasonable quality HDMI cable. Connection of the box is very simple with just one connection to the satellite dish, mains plug and HDMI cable to your TV (assuming you are using a HD ready TV, which you should be if purchasing a HD receiver). After a small delay waiting for the box to boot up, the unit automatically searches for firmware updates and scans for all available channels. Samsung Syncmaster 2333HD touch of brilliance !

Disadvantages: Expensive, limited HD channels so far

...with it is the limted HD reception, admitedly it does look a lot better than normal digital. But it may just be the area i am in but i only have 1 dedicated HD channel. The rest have to be found by using the red button on the normal show. And even then the only HD tv seems to be football or tennis, admitedly for me it is not a bad thing. Im sure the variety can only get better though. Maybe doesn`t justify the expensive but is a solid all round freeview box....

SKY HD

Advantages: Superb picture quality
Disadvantages: Initial price and set up

...After all the hype I managed to get my Dad to invest in the HD box. He phoned the good people at Sky and managed to haggle the price down to around £100 off the advertised price and then had the cheek to also ask 'what happens to the old Sky+ box - can we have it installed in the bedroom thrown in'? Gosh Sky even agreed to that - so it's well worth having a chat on the phone and seeing what Sky can do for you! The box itself is simply Sky+ with extra's. The installation is a little irritating as the engineer told us that Sky are mega-security conscious. He said we had to leave everything turned on and wait at least 4 hours for the set up to be complete. Modern Warfare 2 - Fun but not Fantastic

Advantages: intriguing gameplay, flawless sound/graphics, rolling storyline
Disadvantages: anti-climax, little repetitive, nothing really new to catch onto

...of course Special Ops mode, in which you pair up and walkthrough the game earning stars. These missions are like loose playing against the single player game which you will note is great fun when you prefer teamwork and for those who feel they still want to learn a thing or two in the game before going for gold - the multiplayer maps. In conclusion, many have small and minor complaints and I did have many reservations and did not latch onto the hype - for perhaps this reason I am not disappointed. Any complaints in the Modern Warfare 2 reveiws will need to be taken with a pinch of salt - it is very finely balanced between creative and fun gameplay and just missing the mark. Had MW1 and World at War not been made I feel sure this would be an outstanding game to everyone. If you are not one to nitpick at certain voice overs, what you wanted...

...Call of Duty Modern warfare 2 looks amazing if you?re a halo freak you will fall in love with this first person shooter. It's very detailed. They even switched the map to the screen on your gun unlike any game I have seen before. As far as if you just want to buy the game, and not go online to play, the story line features are so much better. You can even drive on this epic 1st person shooter. The disadvantages to this game as far as I can see are only a few visual slumps like every once in awhile a car will not look as realistic but everything else is wonderful. If you?re looking for a gift for a gamer or just want to try an epic 1st person shooter then this is the game for you....

Simple yet effective box with HD

It is also possible to do a manual tune of non-freesat channels, although there is no EPG for these channels and to be honest most of them aren't worth bothering with, but if you have the time they are there. I am running the box through the HD port of my Philips LCD TV and find the picture clear and quite sharp (a definite improvement over the Sky box picture). I'm not sure if it's the box that is making the difference or the fact its running through the HD port instead of the SCART socket that makes the difference. Sky HD! Worth The Hype?

Advantages: True HD Quality Pictures, Sleek Looks
