Jazz up your motoring

Advantages: space, comfort, flexibility, fuel economy

Jazz Cafe - Charming, Unpretentious and Worth a Visit!

The Atmosphere The Jazz Cafe is a relatively small venue, which thanks to close seating can fit in more diners than you'd expect. You'll be seated on sturdy wooden furniture, which adds a nice quirkiness to the place as it doesn't all match. A History of Jazz

Bluesman Albert Murray then points out that the blues is a way of affirming life in the face of adversity. This is spoken against some of the best blues guitar music that I have ever heard. I really can't find anything else to say about this programme, except to ay that it is jam-packed with not only the music ,but also the story of why and how it came about. If you want to know the whys of the history of jazz and the blues you really do need this packed programme. Are there any extras? No. But why would you need any?? Time to jazz things up a little

...Having been a Big Car driver for many years, I decided a year ago this week to become more environmentally friendly. Looking for something a little less staid than the Saab, Merc and Rover 75 that had been my previous three cars, the five door Honda Jazz caught my attention by jumping up and down excitedly on the forecourt whenever I drove by. I had to have it because it made me feel so happy. I even like the brand name. It's high safety spec, (special mention given to Honda's award for pedestrian safety) and solid security features galvanised me into the decision. This is a little car, tiny in fact, on the outside. I'm almost five feet tall and I can reach across the roof to wash it! It has curved lines with a little snub nose and the girls and I think that from the front it looks like a little cat. Get inside though...

Honda jazz 2003-2008

Advantages: Great economy and excellent interior space
Disadvantages: Plain exterior design

...The Honda Jazz is a very fun car, its small and easy to park and the interior design has been well thought out, the space is utilised very well, its almost a small wagon with the seats all folding away and creating a large area to carry things around town, I have noticed a few cases of the CVT transmission developing shuddering when taking off and slight oil leaks from the sump in some cases. Im very impressed with this car, and with the new model now released im sure we will not be dissapointed. Its an all round great town car with many uses, and excellent fuel economy, and they are a reasonably priced vehicle. I have driven the sport model and these are a step up in looks. This cars interior design of the dash was upgraded at some point with nice sterio and speedo design. In my opinion the car will not let you down in reliability...

Feeling Blue

Advantages: Beautifully made, very emotional

...I have to admit I am a lover of French films, but also a lover of films that concentrate on people, relationships and feelings rather than action and excitement. Three Colours Blue fits the bill for me perfectly. The first part of a trilogy - the second being Three Colours White and the third Three Colours Red - it is French but is directed by Krysztof Kieslowski of Poland. I watched all three films several years ago but Blue was the one that appealed most to me, so I eventually decided to buy the DVD. As the event happens at the outset of the film, I am not giving anything away by telling you that Julie's husband and only child, a daughter, are both killed in a car accident. Julie (Juliette Binoche) was in the car too but survives, and during the initial episode of the film we see her in hospital. She has to watch the funeral...
