Advantages: Leaves hair feeling soft, for me it is getting rid of the dye on my hair
Disadvantages: A bit expensive, not good for coloured hair (if you want to keep your colour)

Head & Shoulders above most of the rest

Advantages: kind, medicated shampoo
Disadvantages: a bit expensive, need to keep an eye out for special offers
