I have always had no trouble in popping a few pills to stop the headache (you could probably hear me rattle sometimes!). However one day a few months back I was at work and my headache was so bad even after taking a couple of strong Paracetamol tablets I decided to pop into the chemist next door and pick up one of these. I was surprised that it cost a penny under £5 for such a small little tube but my head was driving me mad so I didn't worry about the money too much. Rapid relief for headache and migraines

Advantages: Easy to swallow, really do work, not too expensive and you can get them in nearly every pharmacy

They both have exactly the same ingredients. I find that they both work as well but I have found that nowadays only the big Boots stores actually stock their own brand. However, that all changed when I came across 4head a few years ago. 4head comes in a little tube and looks somewhat like a mini deodorant stick.
