I have always had no trouble in popping a few pills to stop the headache (you could probably hear me rattle sometimes!). Each pack contains enough for more than 100 applications so although 4head is £5.95 if you think what you are saving on tablets it does offer good value for money. I would say that 4head is good to use if you haven't got a major headache, but I have found that it stings a bit. I have used 4head quite often during my pregnancy though I find that paracetamol tablets are more effective. 4head is great if you have problems swallowing tablets or pills. I work at a computer most of the day, and it could be due to eyestrain. I asked my workmates if they had any aspirin or paracetamol - to no avail. However, one kindly soul had a stick of 4head.
