...The Bluetooth S9 headset retails at a around £100 and after about 3 months of use I am fairly well impressed with its performance. Tired of loops of wire and fiddly controls when using a hands / free? Then this is for you. Setup. After about 2 -3 attempts I managed to get a Bluetooth connection between Phone ( Motorola V8) and headset. This connection delivered a strong signal to my ears and made my play lists ( mostly light classical music with a few of Sinatra's offerings mixed in) really come alive. Stereo effect has a very slight bias towards the left hand speaker, but I'm putting that down to my 69 years old Mk. I lug 'oles, not performing as they used to! General Performance. Overall very good. PROVIDING one either mounts the Phone in a car holder or places it within arm's length on a table the reception...

Motorola H3 Headset

Advantages: Quick Charge time (3 hours), ease of use and lightweight
Disadvantages: Non replaceable battery, can hurt ear from back after a while

...The headset itself supports Bluetooth 1.1 and 1.2 specifications, it lasts for a total of 8 hours talk time and lasts for 150 hours on standby, also the audio quality is clear as if you were actually talking to them from your phone instead. Also the device itself doesn't suffer from interference from other devices, and you can easily switch the handsets volume control buttons depending if you wear a headset on your left ear or right, but the design does suffer two set backs but if your willing to look over these, then by all means get one. Pro's: Standby time Lightweight Easy to use Clear audio Con's: Non user replaceable battery (if manufacturer replaceable, then would have to be sent back for replacement) I know this because I opened mines up. ...Ok where to start. My sister got the headset free with her Motorola phone (ages ago) she has never used it and hid lost the instructions for it. We have just moved house and my dad found the headset. He charged it up but none of use could work out how to use it as SOMEONE (My sister) had lost the instructions. But i already had a bluetooth headset so i thought it would be great for my father. So when i gave it to him, he was just as excited as i was. If the headset fits - wear it! S9 headset

Advantages: lightweight, sound quality, battery time, ease of use

...Motorola S9 Bluetooth stereo active headset I received this free with the new Razr2 phone and am really impressed with the quality of sound. Initially I had a perfectly serviceable old BodyGlove ear piece which came with all the usual issues like occasionally dropping out of a call, at times not being heard or not being able to hear and running out of battery quite quickly. I assumed this was the norm! Comfort The weight is very light (1.14 oz) and, if you have an average head size, sits very comfortably round the back of your head. The ear buds do not go right into your ear but sit just inside. Considering the part that sits over the top of your ear is inflexible, it does not rub at all. ...This headset is a bit expensive for its quality. Although i bought mine outside the country for a considerable lesser price, had i known better, i would have bought a wireless one. It is still functional after two years. I lost both of the voice tube microphone cover though and i think that is whats causing too much echo when i talk and too much mic sensitivity. That also causes alot of feed back so i have to press on mute all the time, and everytime i am done speaking, to avoid the feedbacks. On the upside it supports all Plantronics amplifiers and USB-to-headset adapters so i guess i just have to get one. It is also comfortable to wear for long hours. I would not recommend to get leatherette ear cushions, that made my ears sweat and itchy eeks....

...Due to the changing laws about driving and using mobile phones, I decided the safest option rarther than get a fine was to purchase a bluetooth handsfree unit rarther than the obtrusive and normally naff connectable phone hands free units. After much reserch and shopping around I decided to give the HSW 8000 a go. You can pay anything upto £150 for a good bluetooth headset, indeed the HSW 8000 was retailing at £99 when I got mine (however I paid £25 on ebay) but in most of the reputable stores you will find it selling at around £50 but do shop around there is always a bargain to be had. Some new contract deals even supply both phone and bluetooth headset but watch out for the terms and conditions.
