A truthworthy healing cream

Advantages: heals small wounds, burns quickly

...I used Sudocrem for my sons as a nappy cream, but only when they had some problem. Now I use it on a daily basis. Advantages It is a very good healing cream that really works. I use it when I cut my finger, when we have any kind of minor burns or sunburn, other wounds. It is perfect as a nappy cream too. I used it effectively when my younger son's skin became very very dry from Johnson's baby top to toe wash. It healed in 2 weeks, but I used it 3 times a day. Disadvantages Actually I have only one problem with it, it is difficult to wash it from your hands. It's water resistant, so I need double amount of soap for cleaning my hands. Price I bought one just a few hours ago. I paid 2.59 pounds for 125g. It is worth buying a larger one if you use regularly, but it was the only one size in Sainsbury's. I look down and realise the burn has erupted into a huge water blister, with a tiny little one beside it, the blister was about the same size as a 20p although slightly more elongated and was about 3-4mm raised. I know that burns should be allowed to heal themselves so for the first few days I left it to try allow it to heal, and reduce itself. Knowing that blister fluid usually absorbs itself back into the body and also to check for any green/yellow colour (surely a sign of infection) it stayed clear thankfully. ...More than just a book "You Can Heal Your Life" offers a whole philosophy for how you can bring healing and positivity into your life. First published in 1984 it was revolutionary at the time. It has been hugely successful and is used by many therapists as well as being accesible and easy to use by almost anyone. So many of Hay's ideas are now accepted in the mainstream but this is still a very powerful book and I would certainly recommend it. Considering the costs of seeing a counsellor or therapist the cost of the book is a very small investment for something which could genuinely help you to heal your life. ...I bought a tube of this the other day because I had come out in a few spots, naturally they were sore and by the time i'd finished messing with them they were bleeding a bit. Normally (in my experience anyway) if you leave the spots alone they will either get bigger until they burst, or if you play with them you will just make them worse anyway!. Upon rubbing in a small amount of Savlon over the affected area, the spots were on there way to healing within a few hours and after about 48 hours where they had been had practically vanished. Savlon has many other uses as well as for spots, such as cuts & grazes, insect bites & stings, burns & scalds, shaving cuts, blackheads, blisters, sunburn, nappy rash and chapped skin or just as an anteseptic hand cream.
