A truthworthy healing cream

Advantages: heals small wounds, burns quickly
Disadvantages: greasy, difficult to clean your hands

...I used Sudocrem for my sons as a nappy cream, but only when they had some problem. Now I use it on a daily basis. Advantages It is a very good healing cream that really works. I use it when I cut my finger, when we have any kind of minor burns or sunburn, other wounds. It is perfect as a nappy cream too. I used it effectively when my younger son's skin became very very dry from Johnson's baby top to toe wash. It healed in 2 weeks, but I used it 3 times a day. Disadvantages Actually I have only one problem with it, it is difficult to wash it from your hands. It's water resistant, so I need double amount of soap for cleaning my hands. Price I bought one just a few hours ago. I paid 2.59 pounds for 125g. It is worth buying a larger one if you use regularly, but it was the only one size in Sainsbury's. ...I decided to buy the in the night garden ninky nonk train set from Amazon as my young daughter is a big fan of in the night garden and whenever it comes on TV she gets really excited. So as my daughter already had some of the other characters from the show I wanted her to have the whole set and since buying it the train set the ninky nonk train set has become one of her favourite toys to play with on a daily basis. The train set can come apart and be attached on many different ways and my daughter enjoys looking at the nice bright colours and putting some of the other in the night garden characters onto the train set even though it keeps falling of now and again it keeps her busy and sometimes I hear her in fits of giggles. Blistered and Burned? Heal it quicker!

Advantages: Heals burns quickly, little or no scabbing.
Disadvantages: Gel lining can dry out when wearing, 1 yr use by date.

I realise then that I must have burnt it through the night on the hot water bottle (nothing else could explain it) Next morning I woke up, after a very troubled sleep, tossing and turning to avoid rubbing it against the duvet. I look down and realise the burn has erupted into a huge water blister, with a tiny little one beside it, the blister was about the same size as a 20p although slightly more elongated and was about 3-4mm raised. I know that burns should be allowed to heal themselves so for the first few days I left it to try allow it to heal, and reduce itself. Knowing that blister fluid usually absorbs itself back into the body and also to check for any green/yellow colour (surely a sign of infection) it stayed clear thankfully. The blister didn't change at all for about 5 days...
