Advantages: Fairly cheap membership fee, decent enough facilities
Disadvantages: A lot of niggling problems

...I have been a member at Greens Health & Fitness club in Stoke for around about three years now, as it is convenient for me to use and close enough to work to use at lunchtime. I was previously a member at Total Fitness Gym but left as the membership fees were getting too high. Greens has a good gym, with decent quality cardio machines (we have treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers, rowing machines, step machines and what we call 'wave' machines which give a similar motion to skiing), a weight room, two rooms for organised classes and a room with spinning bikes. There is a 25 metre pool with three jacuzzi's, a sauna and steam room, as well as an infra red sauna cabin, loungers and showers around the pool area. Royal Tunbridge Wells

Advantages: nice place to visit
Disadvantages: none

You can join Men's Health through the magazine. It is marketed to men with the emphasis on muscle building and glossy pictures of super fit men. In fact once you join you will find the workouts are very basic and there is something to suit everyone. You can access the personal trainer website through the Mens Health Magazine website. Subscriptions vary,you can get discounts if you subscribe to the magazine or if you buy some of the books or diet supplements on offer. Advantages: Well equipped and tidy gym
Disadvantages: staff are rude and treat customers poorly. They are just a gang of bullies.

...I was a member here for just under 2 years. The actual gym itself is fine, however the staff are awful. They are extremely rude and treat customers poorly. Due to this the atmosphere is uncomfortable. I had to eventually leave this gym as I was bullied and harassed by a member of the Greens team. When I reported this problem my concerns were not really taken seriously and I felt the manager doubted my concerns. Oh well, if they treat too many people like this I guess Greens will end up no more. Avoid this place at all costs, there are much better and friendlier gyms in the area where you will be treated with respect by the staff. Esporta may be a bit more expensive but certainly worth the extra money....

Stay in Ancient Wells

Advantages: Amazing period features, friendly staff, great food, four-poster bed

...A few weeks ago we were lucky enough to have a wedding to go to in Wells, Somerset. I'd never been to Wells before and I was impressed with what a lovely place it was. Not only does it boast a beautiful cathedral, it also has a very impressive bishop's keep surrounded by a mote. Advantages: No celeb gossip, no quick fixes (they never work!)
Disadvantages: occasionally repetitive

...If you are inteterested in health and fitness generally, including diet tips, then this is a great amgazine for you - provided you arent also looking for some celebriity gossip - which I am not. There are interviews in the magazine each month but these are usually with a sports star e.g. a recent edition contained an interview with an England netball player. I personally dont read these interviews in detail but I do glance over them and I think it is a great idea to feature sports stars who arent well known, earning millions of pounds a year. There are always easy to follow diet tips and information on current health products/info. This magazine also contains a workout section which provides you with new workout ideas - this is my favourite section and the reason I buy this magazine as it doesnt make out that you can be a size 8...

This is a great blush for everyday use because it is a subtle colour, giving a hint of pink to the cheeks, so it can compliment most make up styles. ?Well Dressed? is a pale pink, if you swipe your finger over the pressed powder then you get a small covering on pink, which is great because it means this is not at all overpowering on the cheeks. In fact I think it is practically impossible to mess the application of this blush up! This is a slight shimmer blush, when you move it in the light you can see some specs of sparkle, I?m hesitant to call it glitter because it is too fine, however it is important to note that this gives the blusher a slight light catching ability when being worn.
